6 minutes and you get a hot, well done, crispy pizza I haven’t gotten sick once since I’ve been coming here. They’re always cleaning. If you guy’s saw the Zion,IL store you would understand why I said that. This place is great, thanks guy’s and the young lady I always get great service from!!!

Terrible. Food was hard as a rock like it was sitting out all day.both the bread sticks and the pizza. I had to call 6 times for anyone to answer and when we went to pick up our food it wasn’t even busy. The staff was rude and on top of all of that it made us instantly sick. We normally love little caesars but this location is awful. Don’t chance it.

They are the worst! Management is horrible. They are never hot n ready. To top it off their food is horrible. The make line has been down for months an they are still serving food. I don’t know how this little ceasars is still in business. Worst environment ever. If you want food poisoning then go to this location.

Called my order of a sausage and a pepperoni pizza in and was informed it would take between 15 to 20 minutes till it was ready. I showed up exactly 15 minutes and they said “it wasn’t quite ready yet but we will bring it out to your car when it is.” It became 10 minutes after that and they still haven’t brought it out so I decided to go back in and ask about my order. They said it’s almost done and they will bring it out when it’s ready. It took them 25 more minutes after that to bring out my pizza’s. A total of 50 minutes when I was informed it would take 15 to 20 minutes. There was really no other customers so there shouldn’t be any excuse to why it took this long.

Ordered online and the store is closed, its 11:49 a.m. Door dash is sitting outside with me wondering what is going on, more people are coming to get the orders they placed online. Mismanaged is an understatement but then again it is Little Ceasars so idk why id expect anything less.

Service was awful 2 people looked at me standing at the counter and walked away, the lady who finally came to the counter had a horrible attitude. I asked for 3 ranch and 3 jalapeno and cheese dip cups she rings them up so I told her I already paid for them when I placed my order she looks at my order and tells me there is only 2 ranch on the order. I go to my truck and get my phone which shows all the sauces she throws the rest on the counter I say thank you she replies with “yep”. I get home my pizza isn’t cut all the way through and my stuffed crazy bread seems as tho it is not even cooked just soggy do with cheese in it. And this is not the first time we have received bad service from this little Ceasars.
