How do I give negative stars?? We submitted an online order, paid for the order, and went to pick it up at the scheduled time, and the place was closed. They are rarely open until the actual closing time. When they ARE open during posted hours, the food is eh. Several times, we’ve gone long before closing time, and they are locked up for the night and gone home. The employees at this location are less than stellar, and I’m assuming they do as they please. They aren’t professional or work oriented whatsoever. Little Caesers definitely needs to clean house at this location. This particular location gives Little Caesers a bad name. Go to the Little Caesers on Harlem Ave instead.

So I never want Little Cesar pizza but today I did so I tried to order on line but it won’t let you add it take off toppings so I went to the store!!! I wanted a Veggie pizza add beef mind you a veggie pizza is 10.50$ they told me to add beef was going to make the pizza 16.79$ when the Manager said there’s nothing she could do for me I will never patronize Little Cesar’s again!!!! A $6.00 topping at Little Cesar’s is ridiculous/ No Pizza today

If I could give no stars I would. Love the fact that I ordered a pizza ahead and still had to wait for my order because they couldn’t get the order right. When I called I asked for half mushroom and half cheese. I had to repeat my order 4 times because they were laughing and talking to each other while asking me what my order is several times then still put mushrooms all over the pizza. And gave them 45 minutes to get it right. But shouldn’t have expected anything more. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I’ll make sure to call corporate tomorrow.❤️

Horrible service!!! We made two orders through the app @3p & 5p to be ready @6p. At the other locations you can track your order & it shows the progress of your order. This location showed no movement at all. When we got there at 6p nothing. They hadn’t even started our order. They then decided to tell us they were out of thin crust pizza. The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional & rude to my husband when he asked a question! I don’t go to this location because of the staffs lack of service. They need to hire new staff at this location. From management down!!!
