Worse service ever. Not only was the place filled with flies, I had a piece of hair in my food that ended up in my mouth. Called and told them and they said they’ll give me more which I didn’t want due to hair in my food, they don’t wear gloves or hair nets. The cheese pizza I ordered looked old and burnt. I will never return to this little ceaser again.

Ordered my pizza online and got the notification. It took me like 20 minutes to get there. Got back to the hotel, and both pizzas were burned. There were lots of dark spots, and the crust was hard as hell. While I’m putting in this review, I see I’m not the only one who had this issue. Someone who works here is a real buster for doing this type of stuff.

Always behind on orders. It’s a bit ridiculous, I get that it can get busy, and I understand that there’s times where stuff just happens… but it’s consistently backed up. Go to a different location, or simply get a pizza somewhere else. The service here is bottom of the barrel.

The pizza portal showed my pizza being packaged at 5:20 my food was suppose to be ready at 5:30 I didn’t get it until 5:50 when I got my pizza the bottle on the box was wet and soggy and the pizza was cold, I told the worker that I seen my pizzas sitting she told me they just came out of the oven two minutes prior. The whole time my pizzas were sitting on the counters staff was walking around laughing and screaming in the back of house. I understand I shouldn’t expect top tier service but this is the worst little Caesars in Rockford by far

Staffing shortages causes a huge congestion of customers. Waited 45 minutes for an order of breadsticks that was told would only be a 10 minute wait. The poor kids behind the counter were completely under staffed and overwhelmed.

If you want good pizza don’t go here. If you want pizza fast most of the time, don’t go here. So far all the pepperoni pizza’s that I have gotten from there, have burnt cheese and the crust is dry. About half of the sausage pizza’s that I have gotten have been the same.

Worst experience ever. Card machine didnt work my pizza was over cooked. I asked for my cheese not to be brown and the manager she rude as hell. Said she cant say her name it isnt allowed. Well of someone is calling corporate on u. They ask who u spoke with. And it was mainly crust. Smh dont go here. My grandkids 3 and 7 said this is nasty and didnt eat. They eat anything.
