The pizza was fine,however, my order had missing items. I had ordered bread sticks and sauce, I didn’t receive the sauce. I had also ordered a two liter bottle of soda. I didn’t receive that either. They refused to have the delivery driver bring the items to me or issue me a refund for the missing items. Instead they offered me coupons! So, I had bread sticks with no sauce and washed down my pizza with warm water.All of their orders are delivered by door dash, so, I contacted them and was promised a refund in 10 business days, still no refund. I’m so disgusted with this place and their horrible customer service. I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. It’s asinine how Little Caesars passed the buck unto Door Dash and now Door Dash is passing it back to Little Caesars. I’ve never had an issue with Dominos in 15 years, perhaps Little Caesars should hire their own delivery drivers

Pizza had no firmness and just flopped over but taste is still good. The lobby needs a good cleaning. The pizza portal is caked in dust along with the ceiling vent. There is so much dust in the tiles and lights.
