I pre ordered 32 wings. 16 Buffalo and 16 bbq. They took an extra 10 minutes longer than expected, didn’t realize what order we had, and gave us all bbq wings. Really guys?

Each time I come here for my kids, there is an employee (blonde) who is completely rude and treats you as if you’re being a hassle for even ordering. It is not hard to be nice or even fake nice! If you don’t like your job, get a new one and stop treating customers like they are a bother!

The pizza is overall pretty good but there is an employee there that we deal with 9 times out of 10 that is extremely unhappy with life. I get having a bad day here and there but every single time we order, (which is once a week) she is very short on the phone and in person, doesn’t even look at you when speaking to you, and acts like somebody ran over her dog. I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years. I get it, it can be hard working with the public and nasty customers. But dude. Fake a smile every once in a while and act like you like your job. It won’t kill you, I promise.
