The pizza was no where as good as it use to be. I ordered through their app. Once i got to the store it didn’t want to load. So when the number i was supposed to punch in didn’t work, i couldn’t load their QR code to scan. Employee didn’t know and didn’t seem overly concerned that i couldn’t get to the food i prepaid for.

I had placed an order on Uber Eats and every time I pick party cut which means cut into squares and this was the 5th time I’ve ordered this way and they always cut in regular and I literally called 8 times in a row right after I placed the order and they would answer the phone. Then I got my order almost an hour after I placed it and it was cold. So I will not order from this location again.

Ordered pizza and a brownie online as a guest checkout. Never received a confirmation email at the address i provided. Went in store to pick up, the general manager Chris told me that they did not have the brownies and he could write down my name so i could come back Thursday when their truck came in. I stated i would like a refund instead as it was for a birthday and i wouldn’t need it Thursday. Chris informed me they couldn’t do this and i would have to cancel online. I explained i never received a confirmation email and couldn’t do this. I was then told there was nothing that could really be done for me other than to come in and get a brownie on Thursday. I asked for a way to get ahold of someone who works on the online menu side so i could get my confirmation and refund, i was told i could try calling corporate but would be told the same thing. Morale of the story, don’t order online i guess ♀️

The last 4 times I’ve gone there over the last 2 weeks something has been wrong. Today, at 11:50am, I was told no lunch combos because they were just now making dough. Before that, they weren’t open at 11:30am. The employees always have earbuds in and could care less who’s up front. This place had taken a dive bomb. In both quality of food and employees. I don’t believe they can ever get right. I’m going to Jets from now on.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I fell in the parking lot on a massive oil spill, ruining my clothes, and after no assistance I went back in to see if they could at least replace the now motor oil soaked pizza. They declined and proceeded to tell me the oil spill isn’t their responsibility.
