So happy that this location opened up because it is head and shoulders above the other locations in town. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door, very friendly welcoming staff and we just got home and everything is cooked PERFECTLY. I will drive across town to visit this location from now on. My wife and I love the cheese bread on the half and half. Until recently it was 6.00 which made it a very good deal especially split between 2 people. Now it’s 8, a 30 percent increase so we may not get it as often as we did. The folks in the prospect and mattis store are outstanding.

Food is good for what you are getting. Although I got pretzel crust pizza which seemed to be just regular crust at this location with salt ringed around the rim. Which just wasn’t good. Employees could definitely be friendlier, they don’t even acknowledge your presence in the store until you say something. Also make sure to check you have your sauce cups and any extras you paid for. I had pre ordered, and went in to use the pick up thing. They hadn’t packed any of my sauce cups or crazy bread sauce. All in all its ok for cheap quick pizza.

I paid for a pizza and dessert online. Came in to get my order. Had to ask for the desert and was told they sold out, and I had to come back thursday to get a “free” one. When I asked for a refund I was told the was impossible because I paid online.

The food was great although I would have to say the customer service was a bit rude. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. The woman at the register was very short and rude not letting people finish their sentences just because she already had an answer. I seen this with the customer in front of me. Also snappy on the phone.

My wife and went here on 4/30/2023 and tried to order, but every single item we tried to order was not available. In fact, the only thing they DID have available was original cold and ready reject pepperoni pizzas. The girl at the counter refused to place an order for anything but already made stale over cooked and incorrectly made pepperoni pizza. I will NEVER go to this establishment again.

Ordered and paid online. Once I arrived, they stated they did not have the ingredients to make the pizza that I ordered and paid for. The worker was not able to process a refund and said that he would have his supervisor process a refund. Supervisor never processed a refund and I had to work with my credit card company to get a credit on my account.
