I ordered a pepperoni extra most bestest, and this what I got….. it was very burnt, hard, and tasted old…. It looked like it was sitting under the light forever, and like someone else ordered it and never came and got it…. If I could give zero star I would!

Everyone please check your food!!! I went through the drive thru today about 11:30 and got one pizza and one crazy bread and was floored at how nasty and burnt the food was.. the crazy bread was not even edible it was like biting cardboard and the pizza was cold and over cooked as well. My co worker and I tried to be a good sport and go ahead and just eat it cause it was our lunch but we just couldn’t. The food went straight in the trash. Attached is a picture of our crazy breadsticks we received.

0 stars. Fire the whole staff. Went through the drive thru around 6:00, we were the only car there, and was told to “pull around, we’ll bring it out to you.” We pulled around and waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came out. Went back to the window and were told a second time, “Park out front.” We parked and waited for a total of 35 minutes. We went inside with our receipt, one girl was laying face down on the counter not moving. We gave her our receipt and asked what was taking so long. A different girl came from the back and said, “Oh, yeah.” Like they forgot they even took the order and talked to us twice already. The first girl never said a word, she just grabbed the pizza from the back, put it on the counter, and SHRUGGED at us. Stop paying horrible workers for doing a horrible job. Fire them, or just close the restaurant.

They never answer the phone when you call… They don’t care what your order looks like weather they burn it or not… The staff is extremely unprofessional… I would recommend people spend their money at a different location… By far the worst service I’ve ever seen in life

This location is extremely ghetto. I came to this location on 3/4/23 around 8:15 pm. I saw at least 4 workers standing in the lobby. I tried to order using the online app and it said it was temporarily down. I called the location and saw an employee pick up the phone to look at the caller ID and never answered and cintid talking and laughing with the other employees. I drove around to the drive thru window where I sat there for several minutes until a female employee came to the window. I ask her can I order since the app is down. She says I can order at the window. I placed my order and pulled back into the parking lot where I saw others employees inside taking selfies on their phones, dancing and other employees in the lobby throwing up gang signs. I never experienced this since I’ve always ordered from the app and just came to pick up as it’s ready, but I will say after this experience I’ll never order from here again. This is what happens when you allow immature kids to operate a store instead of actual adults. Complete pathetic behavior. I’ll contact their corporate office as well. I took photos of the nonsense as well. Hoping I can post those somewhere.

This is our closest Little Caesars but I won’t be going here anymore. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. The last visit it was 15 minutes in the drive thru and another 15 minutes inside waiting for them to make a simple peperonie pizza. they had no hot n ready pizzas made up. everything was made to order. When I finally got my pizza it was burnt. I won’t be back.

The personal pan is the best. Staff is friendly. When it’s busy they seem to lose track of prioritizing. I’ve stood there staring at my pizzas ready on the counter while they cut up other pizzas. You also frequently have to pull around and wait. Maybe short staffed, I don’t know but seems like a lack of preparedness in the past couple of years. The personal pan is definitely worth hitting them up for though. It’ll feed 2-4.
