Ordered online to pick up 3 regular pepperoni pizzas. I have my 5 yr old and my 10 month old. I arrive after 45 minutes to be told it hadn’t been started yet and would probably be another hour. I don’t live in the town so now I have to sit in my car for an hour with the little ones because this place only has 2 workers and the only cook is working the window as well. The poor employees. 2 hours for pizza is insane but since I already paid I have to get it.

I use to come here all the time with my grandparents. It’s still just as good. The service is also amazing and the pizza is always delicious. The store seems very good and I been up there when the managers are training and they seem to also be amazing. I highly recommend this Little Caesars. Unlike most of fast food around here, you can tell the employees actually care about the customers. They will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need.

This is the third pizza we’ve had where each slice was nearly half not covered with cheese. Two out of the last three Italian cheese breads have had had no seasoning on them….so they were like plain bread and cheese. We used to be constant customers and ordered at least twice a week but with the last three times being like this I don’t think we will be back.

Best Little Caesars around! The staff is always extremely friendly and if there is a wait its never long. I order every week and I can never get enough. The employees always make great small talk and are always polite. I’ve never had a problem with them and you can tell how clean their store is. The managers are always super helpful and the store manager is great too!

I am not normally one to complain but this was the third time that we did not receive our garlic butter so I decided to call back in and speak calmly and politely to a lady who answered whose name was Grace after her asking me if I dropped them in the car and telling her no ma’am I would not be making this call over $2 worth of garlic it’s just the third time so I am calling and do you have the receipt. She asked if I wanted a refund or a credit of two garlic sauces it first I said I would take the credit and then I changed my mind and said that I would just like the refund and after she said she would be back to to speak to her manager came back and said that she there was nothing more she could do for me because that girl at the counter said that I there were two missing and I had taken them when I paid and I told her to check the cameras I did not take them they were not in the bag that The Boy delivered with the pizza out to my car he forgot my soda and even had to run back in and get it so she said there’s nothing at nothing further more I can do for you so I asked her her name and her manager’s name which she said her name is Grace and the manager’s name is Larissa and Larissa would be in on Wednesday between 10 and 7. I will be calling she speak to Larisa to explain the situation and I would hope that this can be rectified and they can find a and I am not one to want someone to lose their livelihood but miss brace definitely needs some training and customer service she was extremely rude calling me basically a liar and I will definitely not be coming back to this store which we come to at least twice a week. Absolutely unprofessional rude and uncalled for I would not be calling and making an up for like this over $2 worth of garlic sauce and there was not a problem until I ask for my money back. I will I will be spreading the word of how this door works absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and I also will be calling the Better Business Bureau you cannot take people’s money and not give them a product they paid for your offer to give it back in any form that is theft all you have to do is check the cameras I came in on 11 21 22 at 6:13 p.m. and ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza with Italian cheese bread and 2 and the large 2 L of 7Up was too buttery garlic dip which I did not receive the two dips I know this sounds ridiculous and it would not have to go this far but your employee the employer-employee grace should not be in customer service anywhere until she gets better training and learn some manners.
