Wow. I rarely review negative on Google, but the service by the lady behind the desk was pretty bad. She was rude, rushed me, and aggressive. It wasn’t busy either. I would consider coming back if the customer service skills were improved at this little Caesars spot, but for now I’m gonna go somewhere else.

Little Caesars serves mouthwatering pizzas, but I encountered a disappointing interaction. While suggesting a 10-minute wait for pick-up, the staff member appeared visibly upset when I inquired if that timeframe was acceptable. The delicious pizza compensated for the inconvenience, but friendlier customer service would enhance the overall experience.

The workers in the manager were fighting.. wings are raw… 30 minutes before they close still wouldn’t answer the phone.. wouldn’t do thin crust pizza as we requested it will definitely be going there in the morning to get my money back

Pepperoni pizza was better than before. Lots of Pepperoni and good flavor. Crazy bread was honestly pretty terrible. Seemed like it was missing all the seasoning, it basically greasy undercooked dough.

I have never had issues like i did tonight going here for starters calling in my order it just rang the whole time i called 4 times and then when i got there workers standing around when there is 5 people already waiting then a kid who wasn’t i guess on the clock in the back distracting them then they workers (teenagers) were fighting with each other when i asked to speak to a manager i heard one of the workers not the manager (young man ) laugh and say I’ll go talk to her . At this point i was furious and wanted my money back after waiting 20 + mins for my food . All i heard was excuses from the manager i will not be going back to this location

I haven’t had any problems until the latest order. This time I picked up my order and the pizzas were placed in the back seat of my truck, flat on the seat. I get home to this, and neither pizza was cut. And since one still had the toppings in tact and the other didn’t, it couldn’t have been on my end
