Currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for crazy bread for over 15 minutes. Already have had the pizza for 10 minutes. They should not have promised a time on the app. You will wait forever at this store. For something as simple as bread. Placing the order ahead of time doesn’t seem to help any.

Lady at the register had kids run in and talk to her, that’s all well and good, but it ended up leading to her being distracted and forgetting to tell her co worker that our food was ready so when me and my friend got our pizza, the cheese on top was almost completely blackened. Also she didn’t get my name and she wrote “man” for my name, I’m a girl so that was definitely a little weird, guess I didn’t look feminine enough. Hopefully it’s not like this all the time, I understand times are tough and jobs are draining but it genuinely seems like they didn’t care.

Just horrible service I ordered the new pretzel pizza to which I have been waiting to return for years to have it delivered and it taste nothing like it did when it first came out unfortunately. I had very little to none of the cheese sauce which is what makes it stand out the cheese sauce on the pretzel crust however it was mozzarella cheese and too much red sauce on a pretzel crust. Then nobody answers the phone I don’t know why they even have a phone. So I call back the next morning and speaks to the manager Brian gives him my information of course because he’s too busy to talk or call me back. I use to work at the Great Clips in the same plaza that represents good service but this Lil Ceaser’s I guess just don’t care obviously.

First they gave our order to door dash when I asked for pick up! They re did the order so they said! Cheesy stuffed bread 2 orders that were not edible burnt to a crisp ( took pic) pizza was supposed to be thin crust they have classic that had hardly anything on it! Our Brooklyn style pizza was breadsticks instead ! Nobody knew what was going on in the store! Almost 30$ down the drain! Tried calling phone rings and rings no answer!

This location has gone down hill. If you want your food made wrong and want to not get what you paid for (yes, I mean missing items from your order), this is the place to go. Front end staff has no idea what is going on, leaves food in the warmer instead of giving it to you. Tells you its in the locked warmer when its behind the counter. It’s like the right hand doesn’t communicate with the left hand at all. This has happened multiple times now so do not recommend this location.
