I ordered the deep-dish and, as always, it was ridiculously good. Makes for two meals for a hefty fellow like me. It was a bit lukewarm when it arrived; nothing a toaster oven can fix. The leftovers are even better when heated in a toaster oven. Overall, it was delicious. Only 4 for service since it was a ‘leave at door’ order and he insisted on handing it to me. Otherwise, most excellent.

I ordered from this location last week to feed my sons team before their game. If you have kids you know how hungry they are after school. I spent over $60 and set it up for delivery. I was upset when I realized that only a few of the boys are eating. When I asked why they weren’t all having pizza. My son angrily responded that I didn’t order the pizzas they voted on. I ordered two of the pretzel pizzas with the crazy bread and sauce on the side, a Detroit, deep dish, pizza, all meat, a thin crust, sausage, pepperoni pizza, a 2 liter of Pepsi, and various sauces on the side. What the delivery person left was the Detroit deep dish, pizza, both sides of breadsticks, the marinara sauce, and the various dipping sauces. Even though I requested that the food was handed directly to me it was placed on my doorstep. I made several attempts to reach out to the store with no success. The calls are going to an automated voice message system with no voicemail set up to leave a message. The next day when I called again an employee answered the phone and upon my asking to speak to the manager, he goes “they wanna talk to you”. Then, the phone hung up and they have not answered since. I reached out to another location that is owned by the same franchisee. I left a message for them to contact me back. That was last Friday, and I have not heard from them. I don’t know if the delivery person kept the pizza or how the confusion was created but I feel that someone should’ve gotten back to me by now. The true victims of this were the young men that didn’t get to eat before their game. However, this customer service is literally non existent and needs to be better. I personally would never order from there again. Unless, do you like to drive down the highway tossing $20 bills out the window.

As long as you have the pretzel crust I will continue to come get pizza. If it goes away again, so do I. Please keep the pretzel crust. The stuffed pretzel crust is the bomb! If you haven’t tried it, you must! A little salty and cheesy. I love it. We get 3-4 pizzas every time.

It’s bad. They skimp on the toppings. It taste gross with just a thin layer of cheese and a couple of toppings. This time they gave us the completely wrong order. Tried to call up there but got no answer. Then tried to call again. Someone picked up and put me on hold without even saying anything. Then I tried to call back for an hour straight only getting their Voicemail

Worst Experience Ever at this location. I spent well over 15.00 on my order. Pepparoni extravaganza and Cheese extravaganza. Waited for it to be made fresh. When I got home with it and opened it. BOTH pizzas were Burnt.. when I tried to call the store to let them know. I got a message saying mailbox was full.

Website, Google, and app says the location closes at 9:30. Another part of the app says 9:00. The app won’t let you order for pickup after 8:30. When trying to call the location, the phone doesn’t ring and it says the mailbox is full. Whatever though, the pizza AND breadsticks border on being burnt every time anyway.

Worst pizza and bread sticks both pizza and the cheese bread BURNT!!!! Pretzel pizza WAY too salty and the best part… you can’t even call them to log a complaint they NEVER answer!! I even called another location to find out how to contact them… NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE EITHER!! They don’t even deserve a star!!!

Arrive at Harvester location 5 til 2. Got off early to order lunch. Girl had problem with previous customer so it took 7 min to be told at 2 min after that I can no longer order lunch special. So rude! Lost a customer!!!

Can only get lunch special on site on Saturdays where you have to pay with card, so if you want a different topping or have cash they just don’t want your business. This company has went so far down hill.
