False advertisement. The sign below is featured in the windows advertising thin crust pepperoni hot and ready every day from 4 pm to 8 pm. However, at the Columbia store on Broadway, the guy at the register stated they don’t keep thin crust pizzas hot and ready you have to order them. The same thing goes for the one in Jefferson City, the guy at the register stated we don’t keep them hot and ready and we stop serving them at 8 pm but it was 7:39 pm when I asked. I do not appreciate advertising hot and ready when this isn’t the case.

I order lit chz, xtra zesty and this what I got when I pulled my chz back nothing but bread. And when I called to let them know they made my food wrong, I was told by the owner that they was gone remake it the same way b/c they couldn’t charge me for it. I do not suggest eating here. This location on West stadium is absolutely Grose! I spent 50$ with delivery didn’t get my sauce pizza was Grose the crazy bread I ordered was probably the grossest I’ve ever tasted. Then call support and they can only do a 30 percent refund for a meal I didn’t eat. The only decent thing was the wings. I ordered m&m brownies n I got the Twix one because they were out Noone even asked me I’m allergic to Twix. And none of the pizza was cut they literally need new blades. If your in columbia I highly suggest the Brikton location by Conley Walmart. Never had an issue at that location! I wish I knew how to add pictures of this disgusting bread!! The owners need to get on this! Or close this location!

I’m the past, this location was great. Of late? Terrible. Two bad, back to back experiences. Super Bowl Sunday, placed an order 1.5 hours in advance on app. Not ready for pick up despite 8-10 people working. Another dude who was waiting had placed his other at 3:00 for a 5:00 pickup and ended up taking whatever was “fresh and ready” and leaving.

As a delivery driver I can assure you that you will be waiting at least 20-30 minutes even if you ordered an hour ago!! It’s every single time at the Broadway location. The owners need to get a handle on this nonsense!! Go to the Rock Bridge location and let that manager train these helpless clueless employees

This is the 4th time we have ordered in the last few months. Our food is always delivered by door dash. Every single time the driver forgets the drinks. Not a big deal, most times we ignore it and this time the driver offered to go get it. Super nice driver. This time AND the time before, our food was raw. I called the last time we ordered online and the driver refused to get our drinks and the manager said he couldn’t do anything because we ordered online unless we wanted to go in. The point of ordering was so we wouldn’t have to drive. I pushed hard enough and they said they would mail coupons which never happened. I am not going to waste my time again with calling in and will NEVER go there again. You can clearly see in the picture the cheese was solid and the dough is not cooked AT ALL. DISGUSTING.

You don’t go to Little Caesar’s if you can help it, but when you do, you don’t go because you want to eat raw dough. This location is consistently the worst location I’ve bought from in town, and I would highly recommend eating dollar bills instead. RIP

Mike, the manager, is super sweet and we love when we call in our to go order and he takes it bc of how nice he is! He always makes sure our order is done right. He remembers our order too. Probably bc we eat there once, sometimes twice a week, but still. It’s always nice when someone acknowledges you when you come to their restaurant on a weekly basis. We need more people like Mike working in places.

This location definitely shows the signs of the time. Horrible customer service. We make a call at 9:30pm to make a pick up as we are leaving Walmart the is in the same parking lot. They tell us they can take any call in orders. Every time we have called in an order here it takes them 10-15 minutes. There is no reason why they could not have taken our order. Horrible service. Such a shame people don’t want to do the job they are paid to do.
