I don’t know if all the KC Little Caesars are owned by the same person, but they need some real refresher on just how to run their operation. The fact I scheduled a pickup order and it took 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled time to just receive a hot n ready and italian cheese bread is insane. This wasn’t during a busy time or anything either. It was on a Wednesday at 4:00.

Hot and ready is a joke! I’ve been in 4-5 times in the past 3 weeks. With that being said I always walk into a line of people trying to order food because the person taking the orders has no idea what they are doing.

The pizza not completely cooked. It was doughy. The counter person has no clue about prices or the product. Little Ceasars heavily advertises this hot and ready but there were none available when we were there.

Oof. Placed an order at 4:45 thinking I was gonna beat the dinner rush. Given a pickup time of 5:30. Cool. Show up at 5:30, the little storefront shop is packed shoulder to shoulder with people in the same boat as me. Asked for an ETA and was told it would be at least another half hour. Cancelled the order and split. This place has only been open a month or two. There was a cashier and 2 people making the food in the back. They all seemed stressed beyond belief and my grievance isn’t with them at all. It’s with whoever is managing (or mismanaging more like) these new Little Caesar’s in the KC area. If this is what it’s gonna be like they should have stayed closed.

The workers are useless and disgusting. First off they kept burning the pizzas, we waited there for an hour. They grab money and other things but don’t wash their hands, and they don’t use gloves. After an hour they came back and said, “Sorry, we couldn’t do your order.” They canceled the order. DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst Little Ceaser i’ve gone to.

The cashier doesn’t know how to attend or take orders, they made us wait almost half an hour and then they told us that there wasn’t that pizza and it wasn’t even the one I ordered!

Asked if they had pretzel stuffed crust pizza prior to ordering. Was informed they did so I placed my order. When I received my pizza it was not pretzel stuffed crust but regular stuffed crust with salt added. I had to return to store to try to get this resolved where the employee proceeded to tell me that what I received was pretzel stuffed crust but wasn’t buttered enough to turn brown. Really? They remade the pizza, and again regular stuffed crust. When questioned, they employee said “That’s as good as it gets at this location.” If you don’t offer a specific item, that’s fine. But don’t lie to and deceive your customers just to get an order. Then tell them tough luck when their expectations aren’t met due to your own incompetence. Definitely will not return and recommend others find another pizza shop.

Either recently renovated or opened, this location has been awesome. The other location close to me in Olathe was such a horrible experience I learned my lesson after the second time and haven’t been back. This location is what I expect from a Little Caesars, which is quite simply properly cooked food in a reasonable amount of time. Been a few times recently and they have been prompt and items well done.
