Whoever worked today is a horrible employee!! Where is management scratch that WHERE are the owners?! Miss lady tried to give me an expired old dry pizza & when I told her I want a fresh one she said I can leave because she wasn’t making no more pizzas? GIRL what do you get paid for? Ya mammy should be ashamed of you! Get a new job if you hate it here so much. Plus they NEVER answer the phone so why do they keep paying the phone bill

Ordered a ½ cheese ½ pepperoni and got ¾ pepperoni and nothing was cut as you can see in the one photo I could hold the whole pizza up in 1 piece cheese sticks weren’t cut either had to tear them apart tried calling to place the order and tried calling to talk to manager but phone just rings and rings never get an answer

Really rude staff. Never received my order after waiting for 20 minutes. It looked like off the clock employees were coming in and grabbing pizza from the back and just leaving. Or at least I assumed because it was people not in uniform and the 2 people working there didn’t seem to mind. Don’t know if they were taking existing orders but me and the same 3 people were waiting forever.

Never had any issue getting in, asking what was hot and ready, paying a decent price, and walking out with pizza and sometimes crazy bread in hand all within 10 minutes. It’s even good cold the next day. I usually stop here once a week.

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would, terrible customer service. I called multiple times and no answer throughout the whole day and when I finally went into the store the manager couldn’t help me at all with a mistaken order, night manager doesn’t seem to know how to do her job tbh, and they had someone wearing regular street clothes behind the counter answering for them.

When I came in for an online order I was greeted and told them I had an online order so they said “oh I thought you were a real customer.” I did still order and pay for the food and can’t eat it there so I consider myself a real customer but thanks… I never said anything but hopefully they don’t treat others that way.
