The Little Caesars app has really turned this place around. Now you can order and it tells you when pizzas are done and have no contact with anyone picking them up. Run in, scan your phone, and the box opens and gives your pizzas in less than a minute. Its brilliant.

We used the 30th St location and it was 100 times better. From the pizza quality, to the service. I live close by the 4th Street location by the service is slow, most visits they are rude, and the stores not near as clean. I’ll make the extra 20 block trip for an all together better experience.

Do not ever call I’m an order to this location. You will receive incorrect pricing from under informed staff, management will not honor the quoted prices. Pizza is uncut, the cheese has bubbles pooling the sauce literally into one half of the whole pizza. The staff only knows how to do “hot and ready” don’t go outside of that spectrum and you should be fine. *side note* I’ve only recently had issues with this location will chalk this up to your current management and staff.

I came in to get cheese sticks was only one in there when placed my order. She said cook was making them. I waited 15 minutes because my order didn’t come up on his screen…so they weren’t being made. After I got them home they weren’t cooked all the way and some were just raw dough with cheese on it. Plus there wasn’t any marinara sauce in the box. The gal didn’t give me a receipt nor offer my receipt…she wasn’t very friendly nor did I get a thank you come again or anything when I left. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED…WONT BE GOING BACK TO THE STORE ON 30TH. MIGHT TRY THE ONE ON 4TH STREET NEXT TIME….IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME. WORD OF MOUTH GOES A LONG WAY!!!!
