We came in town, and after swimming at our hotel, we were in the mood for pizza. I placed the order here before reading the reviews. After placing the order, I noticed the reviews and got nervous, but it was already ordered. I figured if it was terrible, we would grab something else. Man, we were so surprised and thrilled with our order. It is yummy, hot, fast, and the toppings were generous. 2 happy parents, 3 happy kids, and all were fed for under $25. Can’t beat that. Would come again!

The easy bake ovens work over time here and the doors need to stay locked so they don’t cool off. Unless you can’t afford any other pizza then I guess go here if time is no issue.

The pizza is not worth the bad to non existent service. On my most recent visit, the door was locked despite the sign saying “open” and the lights being on. Tried calling to see if someone could open the door for us, but no one answered. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pizza place in town.

Thank you all for the comments and the feedback. As with any business starting up there will be areas that we fail in and areas that we succeed in. For the customers who had a not so great experience at the beginning, I want to apologize. There is no excuse. However Little Caesars Hays is now under new management and we have really seemed to get the dough ball rolling in the right direction. Things have simmered down quite a bit from our grand opening and our store and employees have gained the thorough understanding of what a perfect pizza really consists of and how to deliver that to the customer. HOT n READYs, self-serve PORTAL, and fresh made pizza dough everyday all for a VERY affordable price is the Little Caesars Promise.

I decided to try it again after the first time i went, when they first opened,it took an hour to get 2 pizza. Ordered online This time was even worse,said 20 minutes, i got there in 25 and sat at the pick up window another hour waiting. Will never go back. Terribly ran business.
