I go regularly to Little Caesars in Dodge City. The manager, Joshua, knows me by name. He makes sure to visit with me even if he isn’t upfront working. Joshua makes customers feel appreciated and respected. The customer service has gone way up, the store is clean, the product is way better. I have had one issue and my wife had one issue, and Joshua made sure to correct the mistakes immediately!

The thin crust pepperoni pizza I bought was gross and barely had any crust in it. It had TOO much cheese and it tasted like salt and it also made my stomach hurt, so never gonna buy from there again and buy from Pizza Hut instead cause their pizzas are WAY much better.

The lady that took my order always is rude and it’s always that specific one and I always seem to get a pizza that is not well cut like I actually have to cut it myself. Other times you sometimes do get a nice person and they actually cut it right. Which I appreciate those who do they’re job nicely.
