Ordered the fancaroni pepperoni and it was a disgraceful. False advertising for sure. Only because I’m diabetic and I needed to eat but I had one piece with the toppings off the 2nd piece. Plus I don’t even live in the same town as Little Caesars and I couldn’t take it back to them.

Wow when you think this store is bad, it gets worse. I came to pick up a order first person was super nice. Than some suppose supervisor came up to the window and started to swear at me. Telling me to be more fing patient and f your lazy customer can come get there self. When I didn’t say a day thing to first person other than okay. This place should be closed permanently !

Had a lard man take my order and specifically said we do not do special orders, if we do it will take an hour before it would be done, got home to eat the pepperoni pizza and it was soaked in sauce that the crust turned into dough and soggy, never again very rude service, Very bad customer experience it creates bad business.!

These are absolutely pathetic. I have never seen such pathetic looking breadsticks in my life. We tried to have the manager take these back and make them correctly, but all we got from her was explicit laced berateing on this is how we do things here. Then she proceeded to attempt to keep my order and after demanding it back and receiving it, I was met with the same night manager as before who then called me a” piece of s**t” and threatened to call the police. Congratulations whoever the owner is of this store, I will never be doing business with you again, or recommending anyone goes this store.

I really like the price, but my last visit I ordered online; my order wasn’t ready. Also, I tried the new Quattro, but the cuts were so bad and the toppings so scattered it may as well have been a supreme. I will update if my next visit improves.

The service at the window was an older gentleman but very polite. I asked about a certain size of pizza, came back and took my order but we had to pull up so they could make it to our specifications. We didn’t wait no more than 5 mins and the same man brought out to the car again very nice.

Absolutely abysmal, placed order online, got in line to check in. Waited for 30 mins 7 people who came after me got served their food. Finally went back through the line, only to get “Sorry they haven’t even started on your order”. Don’t go here unless you want bottom teir customer service, went to papa John’s and got a fresh made pizza in 12 mins flat. Papa John’s had better customer service was prompt and had a very clean store, shame I can’t say the same for this little caesars.
