This location of Little Caesar’s rocks! We always order here and the quality is always top notch. I use the user friendly app to order online and then pick it up in the lobby using the pizza portal. It’s foolproof! My order is always right and the pizza portal keeps it warm just in case I’m a couple minutes late! Prices can’t be beat!!! This pizza is not gourmet but definitely goes great with a couple Busch lattes!

Atmosphere was chaotic and the the employee working the counter was more worried about being on her phone then the lobby full of people. They run behind a lot and put orders in at the last second as well. No shade just wish they could move faster and with a little more customer focus at this location.

Closes at 11pm. Sat in drive thru from 10-1020. When I got to window,I was told no more pizzas left and they would not be making anymore. Makea sense why the 2 cars ahead of me left empty handing also. Had another 6-7 behind with more pulling in as I left. Hot & Ready selections…. 40 whole minutes until close…. make it make sense.

Was driving from Massachusetts to Cali and my kids really wanted little Caesars. They closed the lobby 30+ minutes early, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for them to say they were only selling the Hawaiian pizzas that had been sitting around that nobody else bought- at full price. I come here pretty often and every time I order deep dish some one forgets to cook it I end up spending 40 minutes to an hour waiting the first the manager gave me some free Stuff last couple times I let it go but I came through drive through 57 minutes ago and went in to check after 40 minutes and they forgot to put order in once again.this is getting a little ridiculous. The girl went and asked the kid cooking and he said “oooooohhh I forgot” hire better employees in the back or crack down on them. Waited a hour and 6 minutes for a regular pizza a deep dish pizza and a hot 2 l of Pop. Thanks so much for your poor quality of service it’s really making me wonna come back next time. I called and asked to speak to manger and christen pretended to be manger and told me it wasn’t that big of deal when I asked to speak to the big boss and told him I didn’t wonna speak to him he said ok cool and hung up me. If anyone has owner of this locations number I’d deeply appreciate it.

Once again what I ordered is not what I got. I’m sobtired of calling and complaining that I just don’t feelnlike doing it this time. Maybe that’s what they strive for…. I ordered half hamburger and half pepperoni and the green peppers and mushrooms on all. My pepperoni side was missing the peppers and mushrooms. I ordered cheese bread and got a pizza, half pepperoni and half cheese, I think. One of these days they have to get my order right? Maybe?

Buy pizza from here quite often, usually great quality & this is the first time I’ve had reason to complain. Tonight they really dropped the ball. Placed an order at 5:45pm for their cheese Stixs pizza w/bacon & a Three meat pizza minus sauce. Got home and the three meat was as hard as a rock, and overcooked. The cheese Stix pizza was so salty that no one could eat it. Definitely won’t buy anything for a while, money is tight and I hate to throw food away and spend more money to feed my family.

Having the portal decline your access.. asking an employee for help.. they yank your food out of the portal so roughly that it tosses the order of crazy bread across the room.. The employee asked you if really wanted it because it would be a 6-minute wait.. Didn’t really offer an apology.. She just seemed to be blase about the whole situation..

Drive thru is way too long, pretty much always, and then the inside won’t be open so you literally sit in line for like a minimum of 20 mins. It’s pretty much just a waste of gas idling your car for 20-30 mins for a pizza that’s really not that great. For me, the great part of Little Caesar’s was always the convenience of it because it’s suppose to be quick since it’s already made, and cheap. But it’s neither of those things at this location lol.
