Ordered online. Said it would be ready between 3:44-3:49. Arrived at 3:44. Waited nearly 15 minutes. Got home and it’s not even the right pizza. I paid for the pretzel crust and got a normal pepperoni which is a cheaper pizza. It wasn’t even busy. Smh

I ordered online for take out. I showed up a little after the pizzas were supposed to be ready and they were still being made. Not a big deal I don’t mind waiting. I took the pizzas home and one of them was a stuffed crust pepperoni for the kids, no issues. The 2nd pizza was for me and my boyfriend and was the deep dish style. We took a few bites in and once we got to the middle it was still doughy, not cooked all the way. He took the pizza back within a 10-15 minute time frame from getting home. He arrived at 8:20 and was told the ovens were off and they could not make a new pizza (location closes at 9pm). Emma, the front cashier, also said she could not refund us because it was placed through door dash and to contact them. I don’t use door dash, I have an email with an itemized receipt from Little Caesars directly. She continued to refuse to reimburse and suggested to come back tomorrow. My boyfriend recorded the entire interaction and at the end you can see that the cashier (Emma) has a switch blade hooked onto her leggings. I find this completely threatening and unprofessional. I tried calling the location the next day with no answer. I also attempted to email and call the corporate office, still no reply via email and no answer via phone. I dont usually complain about these kinds of things, but it’s super frustrating to be blown off when I have been ordering from them for years.

Did an online order for a 6pm pick up, never received the notification or email that it was ready, started calling the store at 605pm every 5 minutes for 40 minutes and no one ever answered. At 645pm went to the store to find out what was going on and they never made my order even though at 556pm the online system showed it was being finished up. Didn’t get an apology, explanation or anything about my order. The food overall is good but this is the second time this has happened where my order wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be. Not sure if I want to try again here or just try the other pizza place that is basically across the street.
