I used the app to custom order a stuffed crust pizza with cupped peps and black olives (don’t judge me). I was surprised at how good it was. I know Little Caesars is typically for quick and cheap pizzas, but this was extremely delicious and filling for $13.

Cheese was burnt and it was sliding off the pizza. crust..hard ive always came to this place and never once had this issue i dont mean to sound rude but burnt pizza.. be for real man i ate one i aint gon lie it was good but i aint eating no burnt pizza man. ill remember to order my food after 4 cause obviously this wasnt the way to go.

I walk in and and black girl is on her phone while I stand there for a couple seconds before I have to tell her I’m picking up my order. As I continue to wait for my order I buy a soda and pay for it but she only gives me my receipt and not the soda and continues to text on her phone laughing with her coworker. Again I have to tell her to give me my soda since I paid for it already. The whole time she’s on her phone texting and acting odd as if she was high or something.

This place is pretty much ran by teenagers who could care less about their jobs. Rarely is there anybody upfront when you walk in. They can be heard in the back laughing and talking- not sure how much pizza making is happening. When staff do show up front, they have glazed looks in their eyes like they’re not really sure what they’re doing. I watched one customer ask the cashier the same question three times and she just looked at him and never answered it. he just stopped asking it and walked out irritated. Staff don’t look like they’re happy with their jobs. They never have any take away pizzas ready. I ordered two pizzas through online. Pick up was at 4:30pm, but pizza wasn’t done when I showed up. 45 minutes later after scheduled pick up my pizza was ready. Pizza wasn’t hot, and looked a hot mess. slices were cut weird- some very small, and some very large slices. Slices were not even fully cut through. Toppings were heavy on one side, and slim on the other. Pizza tasted decent. This is my second similar experience at this store- I am not chalking it up to just a bad day. I would not recommend the little Caesars off of saddle Creek, and I wont be back.

I live across from this store and unfortunately most of the trash we get comes from them. As you can see the manager must have forgot how to tell employees to break down boxes before putting them in the dumpster. I tried to call before posting this but they never answer the phone.

Pizza was soggy cheese falling off pizza.After waiting for more than an hour to place an order decided to order online to only be totally dissatisfied with the food and the managers response. He said they was busy so they couldn’t answer the phone but refused to refund my money for the food purchased. Khan Nguyen needs to be replaced and entire staff fired. Contacting the FDA and filing a complaint on the food service and operations. You’d be better off going next door to Domino’s or Walmart. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered an old world fancier that has the lighter crunchy crust and pepperoni to the edge…..like the picture…..however they gave me old world pepperoni on a regular pizza….I dislike the regular pizza because I don’t like the dough. They then tried to tell me that’s how it’s made….when I brought the pizza back and showed them my pizza compared to the picture sitting right there at the counter….I was told they could remake it the right way. I just got a thin crust double pepperoni instead because I knew that couldn’t be messed up. Beware of delivery orders on pizza…..they tend to do whatever they want…but I got up and took that mess back. If u get the fancier pizza…make sure u reiterate that it is made to order as pictured.
