Ordered 2 large pizzas, asked for a few plates and they said “We are out of plates” asked for a side of Jalapeños and he says “ Oh we don’t do sides of Jalapeños and more” then I asked for some seasoning packets. He gave me 3!! Not the first time they have done this either! Poor customer service!

The food is overcooked often. Soda selection is not great. Most of the staff seem like they have had one too many edibles. Bad customer service. If you want cheap pizza, go to the Bosselman’s location or make a stop to your local freezer section.

Wait in drive thru 20 mins for hot and ready pizza. Get to window and was told dont have anything ready. Would be 20 to 25 mins for it. Take down your signs then that tell customers 4 to 8pm ready. Time was 515pm And answer your phones so customers can get a answer before waiting so long. Bad customer service

Service is friendly and kind. Wait time tends to feel much more worse than it actually is because of the layout of the drive-thru & the length of time just to be acknowledged. The food is hot & fresh but rarely ever ready. Overall this location is decent to go to.

Got the special and it was still dough I mean like dough. cheese barely melted. Bacon not crispy. Not cooked. And that was after going through the drive thru 2 times after waiting 20 minutes. The other pizza the same looks like they used a hair dryer to melt the cheese while the crust sat on an old hot plate
