Cashier was really trying but I wonder what the pizza maker was on. Ordered a supreme pizza and waited about a half hour after I was supposed to pick it up and get this. Looks like they just tossed toppings on a pizza that was already made from about a hour earlier. Guess I’ll just go eat at Mr Gattis right down the road.

I couldn’t hear what the lady had initially asked me because of the fan on the door. In her defense what other would she say other than “How can I help you” (to me it sounded like a syllable and a half of nothing). I asked “What was that?” (it might have been more polite but I cant say for sure.) They then said “what can I help you with” while flailing her arm with a 90 degree oscillating wrist and fingers were moving about at her chest. Then I told her I had an online order to be picked up number 471. She looked it up and said “Oh I do names not numbers”. I understand this because tickets typically come out as customer names then numbers. I took my pizza home and we tore it up my wife even got a laugh at me from her treatment. Ide go back but she may run into others that may be upset about such little things

SPOKE TOO SOON – a month ago I gave Little Caesars on Ruth Street in Sulphur, LA a glowing review. But today I have to change it. Earlier this week I tried making the same order from last month, only to arrive and be told we’re out of supplies and can’t make your order would you like a regular Hot & Ready? I replied no Thanks just cancel the order (Not a big deal right it happens). An hour later I noticed we were still charged for the order, I tried called over 6 times and no answer all the way through closing. Two days later I called back and finally got to speak with someone. The wrong someone who understandably could not process the refund but told me to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. I then asked if they could take my name, order number and phone number and have the manager call me back since this would be my 3rd day of trying to get this resolved. This young very young lady told me and I quote, “NO, we don’t have a process for taking messages we don’t even have regular paper here.” Really Ruth St. franchise owners this is how you’re training your staff. Be a little innovative…record a digital memo on your phone and text your manager or God forbid write it on a napkin and tape it to the manager’s door. But what you don’t do is tell a customer repeatedly to just try back another day because you can’t take a message! A high percentage of businesses fail not due to an undesirable product or service but poor customer service. Who you hire and how they are trained matters.

We walked in and ordered. They finally asked us if we got our order it was given to us. The pizza was not cut into slices. The topping were not hot it tasted like they cooked it just long enough to melt the cheese most of the way, the trust was kind of doughy.The mushrooms looked like they were from a can and they were cold. Will never go there again. It was a very disappointing experience, the crazy bread was hot but the dipping sauce was also very cold.

We have given this place so many chances. The staff are rude, they don’t know what “light sauce” means, they’ve made our pizzas wrong almost every time we’ve come. The biggest complaint, though, is ordering off the app. The app will say the pizza is ready but we’re still asked to pull around and wait for it when we come to pick it up. Unless you’re just coming for a simple order, expect your order to take forever and be wrong.

I went to for dinner. I first sat in Popeyes line for about 10 minutes and left. I didn’t want pizza again but they were right there across the street with 3 cars in the drive thru and no one parked to go inside, so I figured why not. It was getting late and figured I could just get a hot and ready. I park and got out and their front door was locked. I saw at least 6 people just standing around behind the counter. So it’s not like they were short of staff. I left and since I didn’t necessarily want pizza anyway I left and didn’t want to sit through another drive thru. By the time I drove around the building there were no more cars waiting anymore. I do not understand why their door was locked. They definitely had the staff. We have an issue every time we go. I went back out after it quit storming and went back to Popeyes.

Ive always liked little caesars, but my experience with this location wasnt that great. Crew member who answered the phone to take my order was rude. I arrive 20 mins after placing my order and still had to wait another 15 for my order. Thinking everything was good after my order was brought out to me, i just took it and drove home. I bring the food inside and lift the pizza box lid to find i didnt even get the pizza i ordered and also it looked like a big chunk of it was bitten off then dropped back in the box. We didnt eat it. I do not recommend the sulphur location. I’ll be going to Moss Bluff or Lake Charles locations from now on.
