Customer Service when needed is a lost art to the employees of Little Caesars. I called to order a pizza and was either disconnected or hung up on. I then tried ordering on the app. When I got to the store, the employee was putting the pizza in the “portal”. I asked, “Is that for Michael? “ he said “Yes, you have to get it from the portal. There is a code on your order!” He couldn’t just give me the pizza. So I had to go back to the car and get my phone. Then I needed help with the app and the guy wouldn’t help me. This was a moment when I needed help using the app for the first time after just finishing 25 rounds of radiation treatment. With this kind of service, I predict this location with be out of business within a year.

They do not rush for anyone! I placed an order online for pickup. I never got a notification when the time came to pick up. I went in and to check on it and my food was ready. The problem was that it was cold because they put it to the side ,forgot about it, and never scanned it in. I checked the app multiple times to make sure. I am going to go back because we like their pizza, but not as much as we used to. The Walmart Marketside pizza has caught the interest of my family and may provide an alternative for pizza night.

If I could put 0 stars I would this was how bad my experience was. Used the app at around 5:30pm to order 3 pizzas, crazy bread and a few sauces. App told me to pick it up by 5:53. I figured a Saturday would be a little busy so I picked up the order at 6:23. Got home to find out 2 pizzas were wrong amd no sauces at all in the boxes. Tried calling the store 3 times only to get no one. Drove back to the store to tell them that 2 pizzas were wrong. I took photos on my phone for proof and they told me I needed to bring the wrong pizzas back. Never had that requested of me but I reluctantly went home and brought the pizzas back. By this time it’s a little after 7pm. Sat waiting at the store for another 45 min till my pizzas and sauces were given to me. Meanwhile I watched people place orders and receive their pizzas before me. I get home to open one of the boxes and not only was the pizza wrong again. It was undercooked. No sense of urgency whatsoever in the store. This is the last time I get their pizza, I’d rather spend more money knowing that my food will be right and if it isn’t at least the correction will be handled appropriatly.

My husband ordered food through the online app and he picked up the pizzas and when he got home they messed up two of the pizzas. He tried calling but no one answered. So he drove up there and the girl had an attitude, took the messed up order back, redid the order which took them almost an hour to do, and SURPRISE! They messed it up again. They were busy but there were several people that showed up, ordered their food and received their food, while he waited over 45 minutes for them to fix their screw up that they made TWICE! Oh yeah, and the pizza was RAW! Needless to say, if you get Little Caesars, it is well worth going to a location other than the one on Shreveport Barksdale Hwy. Never had this issue with any of the Bossier locations.

When every i use the app they never had my order happened 3 times. Then when I pay with card the fat lady at the register over charged me multiple times and didn’t give a receipt to hide what she was doing. Basically dont go here and pay with cash so they don’t rip you off.
