8.9.22 @2:30pm – walked in and ordered crazy bread with marinara sauce (combo) for $5.98 and one Italian cheese for $4.99. The customer service was good and the food was perfect. It was ready immediately (no wait, no line). This is the way Little Caesar’s should taste, and I’ve visited alot of them country-wide!

On my way out of Alexandria I stop and ask for a Supreme Pizza. He gave it to me so fast, I told him this can’t be aSupreme. It takes time to make one. He promise me it was. I took him at his word and didn’t look at it. When I got where I was going 15 miles out of town. I look at it and it was a plain hard dry out pepperoni. I call and talk to the young lady that was in there who knew he did that to me. She told me to come right back and she will try to help me. I told her the weather is to bad for a 66 year ole woman with a seeing problem to come drive back a night. She said she can’t be owing me a pizza for another day for me to come and get. She knew he did that to me because she had him to give me another free pepperoni, which I did not want or need. I ask and paid for what I wanted. They can’t just give a customer what they want to give them, even though they gave me a free pizza to make me happy. It don’t work like that with me more in life. I don’t want no another pizza I just want this be part of you all training. They was trying to get rid of those pepperoni pizza off on me.

Hot-N-Ready does not mean you will get your food when you order it. I ordered my food and it waa 1 hour before I received it. I came up to the drive-thru after calling my order in 15 minutes earlier, and was told to pull around to the front to wait and they would bring my food out to me. Cut-to 40 minutes later I go in to see what is taking so long. I tell them I’m still waiting for my order, and they say, ” Oh, you mean this order?” And then pick up my pizzas from the counter and hand them to me. They had to have sat there for at least 30 minutes. They were no longer hot. Not even warm.
