The food was good. The service was slow. It seems to be the norm for most of the little caesars in my area. I’m definitely going to return because it’s standard operating procedure for this establishment. Grin, bare the wait, and enjoy your food. Let me clarify that I didn’t call ahead. I simply ordered at the counter. I still should have been told 20 +/- minutes instead of 5-10.

VERY DISSATISFIED: the place is empty, no one in-store or in the drive thru, so I go in and just want 2 hot and readys, I see they have 3. I wait at the counter and people in the back just look at me and never acknowledge me. I’m waiting and waiting for maybe ten minutes, and this girl comes out of the back and take two drive thru orders and just ignores me. I finally ask her if there is someone who can take my order?? She finally acknowledged me with “yea it’s just me here.” I don’t expect much customer service but to have absolutely none is just sad. I am going to contact customer service cause I’ve never had this issue with just being flat out ignored here.

Giving it 2 stars because there are times that I come to this store to pick up Door Dash deliveries and it’s nice and professional (I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy). Today around 4:50pm ish I walked in to grab a DD delivery and was subject to loud rap music with content that I don’t agree too. I felt like it was forced in my head or something. The Woman at the front counter and the guy in the back didn’t even bother to turn the loud music down as I stood there. The guy in the back just stood there and stared at me with a “what are you gonna do?” attitude and the Woman was so dry and unwelcoming I felt like I did something wrong as a customer. Also, on top of that Little Caesars Pizza is not good for the health and I don’t eat here, I only come for business.

Good food quick service and always woods quality for the price. I mean it’s cheap food so what do you expect? But for the the price it’s good hot and always pretty fresh. Just remember to ask for napkins because they ain’t about to pass them out unless you ask for them.
