Spent close to 45 min for “quick and fresh pizza” only to get home and realize nothing was right. My extramostest pepperoni had next to none and instead of getting the $9 extramostest sausage they gave me a sad looking cheese pizza. Tried to call them and they pick up phone and hang up. Absolutely ridiculous service and product.

Love that they have a drive-thru option. Unfortunately, there are usually no hot and ready pizzas, i would recommend calling ahead and placing an order for pick up. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Damn good pizza worth waiting 15 minutes for at the counter. They don’t answer the phone and they can’t take online orders. A classic right out of the ’70s before internet and before cell phones!! I truly love it!!

Ok so, this place doesn’t carry any ready to go pizza, just pick up online orders in the warm cases or purchase a carryout or dine in pizza as they do have a dining room. It sticks if your expecting to grab and go with a ready to go pizza, but this location is the only one I’ve been to that actually correctly made a pretzel pizza. The other place in Bentonville doesn’t because they have to use a specific dough to make them and it affects their production time.

Our first time here in Arkansas and we have never ever gotten the great customer service like we did last night, not even from our own hometown El Paso,Tx. The pizza was really good and well made, the sauce for the breadsticks was filled all the way and wasn’t stingy about it. The worker who had attended us, Cameron, really attended us well and with respect. He even took my order out to me by my semi truck and he didn’t have to do that. Really says a lot about a person like him. Wonderful attitude from him best customer service I’ve ever had at any little Caesars.

Ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas they tried charging me almost $20 When I told them the pizza is only $5 the man seemed bothered I only wanted the classic pizza saying it didn’t have nearly the amount of cheese and pepperoni. I had to wait a few min since they were out of the hot and ready not a big deal, my kids decided they had to potty so I took them inside and waiting about 4 min at the counter no one came to help (the restaurant was empty) I called hello and about 2 min later someone answered (during this time 2 of my 3 kids were doing the potty dance and were mentioning how bad they had to go so I’m sure they they knew someone was waiting), I asked for the bathroom key and the girl says “not unless you buy something” I understand they have a policy but that’s not 1. How you talk to a customer and 2. My kids are about to pee there pants.

Last week I got a bacon pretzel pizza with cheese sauce that I aways get. I went through the drive today and a lady told me she can’t substitute pepperoni for bacon so I couldn’t get my favorite pizza. Some people can’t eat pepperoni. I am very very upset!
