They never have fresh pizza when I try to order a fresh one but they said I had to wait 30 minutes. Every time I go there and get what is available, the pizza is old and dried up. Last time I did order a fresh one it took over 30 minutes and another customer waiting had called ahead and ordered a pizza and when he got there they forgot to make his order. So he waited 30 minutes before arriving like instructed and had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby. He also had to remind them 3 times about his order and Everytime the employees looked at him like they had no idea what he was talking about. I wish there was another location in Russellville because hopefully they might have fresh pizza. I’m so disappointed in the quality and service. A few weeks ago I went through the drive through hoping for a fresh pizza but it was so old and hard I went inside to ask for a fresher one at least and was still given an old hard pizza. The employee had an attitude about it so I just took the old dried up pizza and left. I just called them right now to order a fresh cheese pizza and was told again it would be at least 30 minutes so I just went to Casey’s instead. The cheese pizza at Lil Caesars is now 7.49 plus tax, you would think the customer’s would be able to get a fresh pizza. The Lil Caesars in Hot springs AR always has fresh pizza every time,no matter what time of day it is. Why is the location in Russellville so bad????

Kudos to who ever made my pizza on the evening of Friday May 12th. They should get a raise! When I opened that Little Caesar’s box, the pizza literally looked like it came out of a commercial. It looked so good I willingly burnt the roof of my mouth and lip trying to eat a piece. Good job!!

someone can’t follow simple directions that are right in front of them on a screen. so after ordering the food I turn around and have to go all the way back over there because they messed up half the order. so my family has to wait again for them to fix it. before they can eat. everytime its always a sorry. no offerings for my troubles for having to waste gas to go back up there and wait again for them to fix their mistake.

The service was terrible. Walked in and had the employees look directly at the gentleman before me and myself several times. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there for a few mins. The pizza was sauceless and cut poorly.

Much improvement from my last experience here, fast and courteous staff. Was a little shocked that the Hot n Ready pizzas are now $8.16 (used to be five or six dollars) but I guess I’d chalk that up to inflation. My pizza was cooked to perfection (not undercooked like previous times). Maybe them being the official pizza of the NFL had to step their game up. Nonetheless, good hot pizza and friendly staff. I’m glad I gave them another shot after my horrible experience 6months ago
