Being only a drive thru not able to really give much of an opinion about the atmosphere. The food was super hot and fresh! Being a drive thru and having to deal with traffic that says a lot. I’d definitely recommend eating there whenever possible

While I appreciate the consistency of your menu offerings, I’ve had some challenges with my orders at your restaurant. There have been times when I’ve felt frustrated because my orders were not fulfilled accurately or efficiently. I believe that there might be room for improvement in your ordering system, perhaps by simplifying it or making it clearer for your staff to follow.

If I could give ZERO star I would. I ordered just crazy bread. It was hard and clearly burned. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told they didn’t have one. I told her why I was upset and had to repeat myself several times, like she didn’t understand the problem. When I asked her to take my phone number and name to have a manager call me. I was hung up on. Even if it was by accident, she should have called back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Towson ave location was apologetic and even though it is not his problem was 150% more helpful.

Too bad Google doesn’t have a ZERO star review. Y’all need to learn customer service! Just waited 40 minutes bc we were told to wait in the parking lot for ONE pizza! Y’all can maybe use the 6 dollars and buy the dude with the headset that is Hispanic and speaks Spanish to his workers but English to my husband who speaks Spanish only! I had to translate!! So where’s my pay??? But… Thanks! The pizza is in the parking lot !! Go fetch! Nobody wants a COLD pizza!! Y’all ruined my son’s party! I hope your happy!
