We do not live in Van Buren, that being said we placed an order, got our pizza and came home to Altus. When we got home we noticed they gave us the wrong pizza, we called them and they said they would correct the problem next time we were there, Went up there a few weeks later and they did. Great tasting pizza, and great employees.

This place is complete trash not are they charging more but they’re also giving less quality of food. Why on earth would you charge for marinara and say it is now a requirement to give less than half a sauce cup of sauce. Will not go back. I can get better service at Domino’s for less..

First off go in ask about the classic hot and ready pizza you ordered online 30 minutes earlier (because they don’t have them ready anymore) and you are told that it will be 30 more minutes the voice your displeasure and the lady at the counter say oh well, and is just rude; then you finally get your pizza take it to the car and it is not cooked still raw. So rather than go back in and wait and wait another hour you just take it home and cook it, and cut it properly! This place is the WORST Little Caesars I have ever encountered!!!! Would not recommend what so ever.

Called to place an order for a single pizza 40 minutes before closing and was told they weren’t accepting orders. After mentioning their business hours, and stating I’d only be ordering one pizza the worker on the phone reluctantly agreed. Needless to say, I got my pizza and the worker was still able to close before regular business hours.

Went there twice to get the thin crust. Sign says its Hot and Ready between certain hours. They NEVER have any available. NEVER. Waste of a trip.

They wont answer the phone at all when you call. I called 4 times and no one answered. Tried to call again and it was a busy signal. They gave us the wrong pizza, and it took forever.

Not even worth the one star that is here. Thought after the first time things would be better, but first off it takes over thirty minute for a single topping pizza and bread sticks, then you get charged extra for extra dipping sauces and don’t get them. They refuse to help out with that and doesn’t matter who is working in there either, but they need to learn better customer service and the company itself should learn to hire more employees for their locations as well instead of being greedy because they don’t want to pay for extra help which would be more efficient and get them more customers.

Every single time I come here at 8:30pm, when they close at 10pm, they act close. They refuse to make a pizza at 9. Making a complaint to corporate, horrible workers. Sat for 15 minutes. Circled around, to be ignored by an employee twice, honked the car horn. Still nothing. Had to call a few times til someone came to the window. Don’t bother with this location, it’s not worth it. Have to even recook the pizza because it’s raw.

I used to love Little Caesars pizza, ate there often. Last 2 visits were terrible.. once I had to wait half an hour.. last time pizza was ready but cold. Kids working there were not doing a good job. They needed supervision.
