I was so excited to try the pretzel pizza at this restaurant, but I was sorely disappointed. Instead of a delicious, cheesy pretzel pizza, I was given a flavorless, salty mess. The crust was hard and chewy, the sauce was bland, and the cheese was so salty that it was inedible. I couldn’t even finish a slice.

I personally love little Caesars pizza. It’s good it’s convenient and it’s fast and it’s perfect at least for me. I personally love cheaper quality pizza for some reason mostly because I’m more of a comfort food person and definitely this pizza gives me comfort for a good price

Little Caesars pizza is my go-to pizza place. I ask for a fresh, hot pizza, and that’s what they give me. The kids love their pizza and that Krazy bread. I never go in, I use the drive thru, and they bring it out to the car. I appreciate that.

Horrible service. We were going to try this place for the first time. Since it was very close to where we live I went straight to the store. They didnt know any of the specials so he went and got the manager. She also did not know the specials. I pointed out one was computer typed on her door!!! Still she denied it was a special. Then I brought it up with her store online…nope still didnt know it and then when I asked if she would honor it anyway she claimed her “computer wont let her” when I suggested she enter the order in and do a manager over-ride to meet the online price she said she cant…the computer wont let me. Then I said I could just enter it here online then she would have to she said she would still have to charge me more!!! So I said I will just call customer service and they will give it to me free….she said “go ahead I still wont have to make it today”!!!! HORRIBLE

We have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and since it is a Little Caesars we have low expectations. Our last take out order was the final straw on dining with LC. During the pick up I encountered young men working inside spending more time on their phones than providing great customer service. Our pizza had the smallest amount of meat I have seen on a pizza and the taste was just bland. I know it was a $6 pizza but there are better options just down the street at All American. We will no longer dine at this LC location due to poor service and food quality.

This one could have been an excellent rating had they stuck to their tinelines, or, a terrible rating had they done nothing to remedy. One of the management team members saved the deal. We placed an online order at approx 620p on a Thursday & the app said pizza will be ready 648-702p. I arrived at 710p & it wasn’t ready. At 725p I started to get pushy & the young man at the front counter disappeared. At 735p, a female manager refunded my money & said the pizza will be right up. I left at 748p with the pizza. She was apologetic but could not explain why their processes broke down. Will I go back? Yes. Will I have a little compassion & grace for a location cranking out more pizzas than I have ever seen? Yes. Will I visit a third time if this happens again? Nope!

I waited 30 minutes for the awful pizzas shown in the picture. The manager on duty cooking the pizzas somehow thought these were edible. The cheese pizza is doughy and the pepperoni pizza is burnt and hard. I called the manager and informed her about it and she said she would call me back later to issue a refund; but never did.
