Just moved to town this weekend and Little Caesars is a staple for a quick easy dinner night. Made my first trip to this location and stood there for at least 10 minutes and never even got acknowledged well there was at least four employees just standing there talking another Customer had to holler at them because she had been waiting so long for her order. I ended up ordering from Papa Johns while standing in little Caesars and still didn’t get acknowledged by time I left and went to Papa Johns. Don’t waste your time going here.

I ordered online, pulled in to get my food and the drive through was taking forever, so I pulled out to go inside, to find out the lobby is closed. I go BACK around and wait 10 minutes for them to tell me my food is BEING BOXED UP, they asked me to wait in the parking lot. 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be done, I finally get back around to speak for them to ask me to wait another 5 minutes. I get home to and overdone pizza(not sure how that happens when there’s a belt that runs your pizza across the oven) and the wrong breadsticks. Will not be going back to this location, if any at all anymore. Not so hot, not so ready.

Food is always great but the service just sucks!! Always 15 min wait for a hot and ready?? It’s called a hot and ready for a reason right? 3 people standing around the from sweeping and no pizzas are even rolling through the oven and it’s gotta be the manager not staying on top his or her workers?

When you’re going through the Drive through, the pizza is NEVER fresh. You’ll get one that’s been sitting out for hours and is cold and burnt. Even tried ordering online to see if it was better results, and they just give you a Pizza that’s already been ready for awhile instead of making a new one like they’re supposed to. They used to be so good but now they’re lazy and get an attitude if you try to get something that’s actually edible. I truly don’t know how they’re still in business at this point.

Been going to this location for years. Food overall is ok and a good price. The service in recent months has been awful. 4 times in a row now I ordered, got the notice it was ready and then showed up to find out that part of the order wasn’t ready yet or that they were out of something. A couple times they did substitution which was Ok. But tonite they said they must have given my order to someone else and they didn’t apologize or care. Just said they have been busy and that I would need to wait. Based on their attitude I can guess I wasn’t the only customer today they had to tell that to today. So I got a refund, notified corporate and I won’t be back.

This location used to be one of the best locations around, always fresh and hot with good toppings but the last 2 times I’ve ordered here it’s gone from bad to worse. 99% dried out old crust, Italian cheese bread with almost zero cheese on it. And I ordered a deep dish Hawaiian and paid extra for bacon to be added. I ordered at the counter and it took over an hour to make, and the entire box of deep dish had 3 tiny pieces of pineapple on it. 16 slices and 3 pieces of pineapple. Not enough cheese for 1 slice, a tiny bit of ham, they forgot the bacon and then argued with me. A “manager”came up who was maybe 19 years old and she argued with me. It was plain as day, no bacon.. yet she argued and told me they put bacon… I took it home and tried to add toppings to fix it, but I just threw it all away. 40 dollars for 2 pizzas and bread down the toilet. I will NEVER go back to little cheapers.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pizza is hard and extremely dry. You could throw it at your house and it would break the brick. If it wasn’t a pizza left from yesterday then I swear it was the first pizza they baked today and just passed it out the window to me by 6pm.

When I moved to yukon 13 years ago, this place used to make good food, but somewhere along the way things took a nosedive. I always order specialty pizza with various toppings, but always light on sauce. Always has just as much sauce as a hot and ready (allegedly) pizza. Crust is always dried out and tasteless. Overall, just a nasty pizza. Breaksticka and everything else are usually a mixed bag, but generally on the poor side. Every other pizza place in yukon is far better.
