I know this is just a cheap take out place. Sometimes the pizza is ok and it’s a easy dinner on a busy night. I am pretty sure the management won’t even read this. Today. July 24 2023 ordered crazy bread and Chicago deep Hawaiian. Bread sticks where old stale cold and hard. Pizza dough was not even cooked all the way. And it was cold. If I need another easy dinner busy night I’ll travel further to a different location

This location is usually pretty bad all around. But today, I picked up my order at 12:44 in the drive thru and the young lady that helped me was so kind and professional and I have never experienced that at this location. The pizza is for once actually perfect and it was ready really quick. Shout out to that girl for being the first nice person to work the drive thru there.

The last three times I’ve ordered through the app I’ve had to wait 15 to 20 minutes longer than the pick up time showed. Pretzel pizza. That’s the only thing I usually order from Little Caesars. The staff is usually pretty nice. Service has just been very slow.

The Little Ceasars on South Douglas Blvd and East Reno is really good and the service is really good. My husband had called in an order for me and they had made my 2 pizzas absolutely correct amount of light of sauce which had asked on both pizzas.

Lady in the front put me on hold last night, just so she could vent about herself to me, gave the lady my card and paid. This lady act like she’s working in a call center has time to talk for 15 mins, this lady had cars backed up in the drive thru line…. I got a question…Shouldn’t it only take a minute for someone to hand a pizza over to a customer?…After you to paid right? The lady took her time handing me my items on top of that, she’s talking more than working, she had a line backed up outside. Ghetto worker with attitude! Came to the drive thru at 11 am. Asked if she was open andready. Wanted to make an easy order of the basic regular pizza. She asked twice what did I want, speaker never worked. Pulled to the window tried to tell her it wasn’t working. She automatically was rude and defensive saying do you want pizza or not?
