Let me be very clear about this, I am not a chain store pizza fan. But, there are times when chain store pizza can be a logical dinner alternative. That said, I don’t think that this particular store is the place for me. When I have been there – yes, this particular store – when friends and relatives have been there as well, we have all been appalled at the horrible, angry service and the barely passable food. Other Little Caesars Pizza stores? Some are better than this store, I’m sure, but I would be hard pressed to find one that is worse.

I called in a pizza, they said 15 minutes. I get there and stand there literally 4 mins. Someone finally sees me and they go get another person to ring me up. I get my change she walks off. I stood there and waited like where is my pizza? I SEE HER OVER THERE WITH HER BARE HANDS MAKING PIZZA AFTER SHE JUST TOOK MY MONEY! No hand washing! I stand there a little longer ask her is it ready and she comes to the front and says yes it’s in the oven. I THEN WATCH ANOTHER LADY TYPING ON HER PHONE WHILE MAKING A PIZZA AT THE SAME TIME BARE HANDED AND THEN SHE THROWS THE PIZZA IN THE OVEN…IT WAS MY PIZZA THAT SHE THREW IN THE OVEN! THE OTHER LADY STRAIGHT UP LIED! I sit back down and wait thinking okay….germs will cook off I’m in a time crunch….another 5 mins later I ask them ” hey you said my pizza was in the oven it’s been like 25 mins now since I ordered…they open the little glass door to see where my pizza was at scoot it forward and pull it out early. Plus there was another customer having the same problem. Don’t go to this location it needs to be shut down. This was about 12:10 today it happened 3/29/23

They never answer phone orders here, they mess up your orders, you have to wait outside for 30 min for hot n readys….while watching employees outside smoking…..then coming in trying to tell you that it’s almost ready while telling the kitchen to start this certain pizza! This location is by far the worst…slow, incompetent, and just wow no customer service and does not care no matter what! Avoid this location!

Literally the worst LC I’ve ever visited. This evening I went for just a couple pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese- I was told we don’t have any cheese right now, only Pep or sausage. I asked how long the wait would be, she said- we only have pep or sausage, we close soon (1.5hrs til close) and we have to sell what we have and that’s it. She was quite rude about it. Didn’t give me my change and coped an attitude with me when I questioned why they won’t make any cheese pizzas.

worst place in the franchise by far they think that just cause they hate thier job they dont have to serve food instead they just serve expired food pay close attention to what ever you get there like ranch when me and my wife ordered they expired ranch and everything we got was serveraly undercooked to the point the dough was still raw and thats seriours enough its was so bad i called the okc health adminstartion and reported them today

Tonight my band rolled through Oklahoma City and weren’t sure what to do for dinner, there are six of us and we’re not small guys we have never stopped in a Little Caesars on tour before but the way Glen and the crew at 1712 W Britton Rd, The Village, OK 73120 treated us tonight, we will absolutely be doing so more often. The food was ready so quickly and everything was delicious. We have some guys who are vegan, some of dietary needs, and we’re never treated like a burden at all.
