Clean store. The staff were quick friendly and efficient. The were smiling and working well together as a team We got the Supreme +black olives (thought it could have used more cheese) and the pizza chz Stix combo pizza and Specially extra pepperoni pizza, 3 orders of hot wings.

They were short staffed, wait was 45 minutes, lobby was packed, every person was mad in there but the employees. The crazy bread was about raw after waiting for it for 35 minutes… but you know what… the employees were kind, and nice. They did their best, we’re respectful, and took the abuse from customers… which they shouldn’t have had to. I rate this a four not for the food, but for the grace of the staff there. They did the best they could and didn’t quit until everyone was served, and for that I’m thankful.

Came into the store around 4:40 pm, they had no hot and ready pizzas, or anything. Told me it would be around 15 minutes. There was nothing even in the ovens or coming out of said ovens. The free in the back were just standing around. I had to keep asking the person at the register to repeat herself because she was speaking very low. Never going back to this location. I was working and was expecting to be able to get hot and ready food as advertised. Sadly, that’s not the way this location operates.

Money does buy happiness: a Extra Most Bestus from Little Caesars’ HOT-N-READY cabinet. The preparation has more cheese and pepperoni than the regular pepperoni. I’ve probably been lucky, but this shop has had READY, seemingly anticipating, my choices 50+ times now. These people messed up our order and I called too let them know about it.. the manager tells me he wants evidence that my pizza was wrong .. my pizza and chez sticks were cold and very tough . I ordered a extra cheese pepperoni pizza because the regular pies don’t have that much cheese but what do you expect for $5 bucks. I asked about ordering a Greek Salad. The manager said they don’t offer it like a Corporate Store. I like the Little Caesar’s Franchise store off E.Stadium in Ann Arbor. They make a great Greek Salad, Antipasto salad and Caesar salad. This is a Picture of one. The Little Caesar’s in Ann Arbor also offers Baked roast beef Subs, Tuna, Meatball and Chicken subs too which I miss. They also Deliver food for a small fee too in Michigan.

No adults at this location tonight. Terrible wait time & they gave our pizza to someone else. No refund was offered. We had to wait for another pizza after going through the drive thru. They also made us show our receipt again after already paying. I’m very disappointed and would like this visit comped!
