Ordered here online for delivery with door dash, wait about an hour for the pizza to get here, and when it does it’s the wrong order. Which granted normally wouldn’t be too big of a deal because at most places you just call and get a new one sent to you that’s the correct order. Not here though, they only do refunds and you have to wait 7-10 days before seeing the money hit the account, and to make matters worse the pizza itself that came looks like they had it sitting under the oven to keep it warm for atleast a week with how old it is. (i’ve also eaten here before and that’s just about how every hot and ready pizza they have is.) Anyways though, given all of that, I don’t think this is a general Little caesars problem, just this locations service problem.

Ordered from this location last weekend and was so impressed, I decided to get it this weekend. Two stars this weekend because the pizza was 1 made wrong 2 over done almost burnt and lastly 3 of the 6 Ordered only 3 were made as Ordered, the other 3 were made wrong and my pepperoni sausage and mushroom was just cheese. Not light on toppings, there was NO TOPPINGS! This location lacks consistency as well the ability to answer a phone call for service!
