Stopped in and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting to order. Was never greeted, even though I was looked at by at least two employees several times. I am patient and understanding when it comes to customer service, and my husband waved at me twice to “Come on” from the truck outside the door, but I kept waiting. It was REALLY bad. We finally left with no greeting and no food.

Just need to brag on this store and its employees! Manager Lacy took care of us yesterday in an amazing way. We needed 80+ pizzas for a Super Bowl event at a specific time and they delivered right on time!!! They didn’t just make each pizza picture perfect but also got everything right on what was ordered. They helped us carry them out to the car and were all super friendly. This type of top notch service is such a rare treasure find.

ATTENTION!!!! Do not eat at this restaurant location. I’m warning you!! I witnessed an employee walk straight in from the streets to the kitchen. He went straight to processing the pizza dough without washing his hands. I called the health department to report the event the next day because they were already closed When it happened. I asked for a refund immediately after I saw what he did. They were stalling with my refund and taking forever with my money. After about 7 minutes they asked me to wait behind 7 other customers to get the money back. Supposedly because they needed to call the district manager in another state. After talking to the manager about the incident the next day she called me a liar by saying he washed his hand is another sink!! I AM TELLING YOU!!! HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!! I was watching him the whole time. I’m a firm believer in God and I don’t just wake up thinking about lies I can tell on pizza restaurants, plus I just spent about 50.00 of my hard earned money for their food. I was Not expecting to see what was seen. I have no reason to lie!!! Please Understand…
