Pizza is as Little Caesars pizza is. Not the best of worst. I am not satisfied with their marinara sauce. my order came with sauce, and I paid for an additional sauce as well. When you add them together you have about one full sauce.

Don’t expect to get greeted with a smile, hello, how are you, or any basic customer service. I came in about 25 minutes before close and smiled at the man at the counter and said hello. He glared at me. Like I’m an inconvenience for coming in instead of treating me like a guest. The entire experience. He looks like the manager. If this is how the manager treats his customers then I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I requested one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. He then started opening the warmer and trying to get me to take the pizzas that were in there instead of making my order. I had to tell him 3 times. If it was just me eating, I probably would have gotten one of the other pizzas but I have picky kids. He walked around lost for several minutes before ringing in my order. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. Just to make sure it wasn’t just me, I tried again with a smile and told him to have a wonderful night. It wasn’t me. It was him. He didn’t say anything back, didn’t smile, didn’t acknowledge me.

So I’ve always considered little Caesars a mediocre, cheap pizza place but this breadstick/pepperoni combo was seriously one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The manager as well as the rest of the staff were really nice also.

I ordered through the app, and it happily charged me and told me when my order would be delivered. But an hour later, I got a message telling me the order was cancelled, and that I should call. So, I did so, and their agent told me that the delivery driver related that the location was closed.

This was probably the best pizza I’ve had from any little ceasers location. I did call before I placed my online order just to make sure they were open. (drove here before when they were supposed to be open, and weren’t) The girl that answered was nice, and when I picked up my pizza I had the same great experience from the worker. Pizza tasted and looked great. I got the COD combo

I called this location to see if they sell pizza by the slice. The man said yes. I drove their and the guy tried to sell me whole pizza. I asked him the same question and realized he was the man I spoke with and he finally told me the answer is no they do not sell by the slice. I wanted to see if he would admit speaking to me/lying, so I asked him if he was the person I spoke with (I knew he was). He looked down first and then looked right at me and lied and said he was not. Don’t lie to customers – tell them the truth!!! If I only wanted 1 slice why would he think I would buy a whole pizza when I drove there and then learned that they don’t sell just 1 slice? Disappointed.

Tried to place an order online and when I tried to order it said the location was not taking online orders at this time. No biggie, called the store to place the order on the Classic Meal Deal and they told me “sorry for that’s for online only” WHICH WASNT WORKING! But oh well it’s little ceasers you get what you pay for. Only to find out the rude gentleman I dealt with over the phone was the General Manager!? He was rude with me and I watched him be rude with several other guests. The GM who is the older gentleman with the glasses needs to get outta there as he clearly hates his job and takes it out on customers. If he’s the owner, it won’t take long for this location to deteriorate in business with that kind customer service skills. I see there’s plenty of other reviews complaining about this guy as well.
