I usually like this place, but on July 6th 2023 I had a bad experience at this location with them, burning my pizza and not wanting to replace it or give me my money back. The worker was very rude and so was the manager they are prejudiced

This is the WORST place to go to, last night I placed an online order, received confirmation for the order and an email saying my order was ready at 7pm I made it there about 7:30 and was told that my order was not there. Then the Hispanic lady in the front told me that I came too late because we only have 15 mins to pickup. She then goes to say she can’t find my order even though I’m showing her my receipts so I told her to call the owner Amin. I speak to him and he tells me even though my money was taken and I have receipts to prove it, they still can’t make my kids pizza because it’s not showing in there system. I proceed to tell them I don’t care because my money was taken by them and I need them to provide what I paid for. He tells me that he will check the system and just try to provide a refund but they can’t give me my kids pizza. Today I called to check on what’s going on and whoever answered the phone said “yea”, I asked is this little Caesars? She says yea, I said may I speak to a manager and she hung up in my face. I called back and asked again and the same girl hung up. At this point, I just want my money back and I will NEVER visit this place again!

Ordered 10 pizzas online. Paid for pizza and got confirmation…. arrived at given pick up time. Lady told me order wasn’t in system and couldn’t make my pizza unless I paid again… had to call and dispute charges on my card..

Went in to get one of the “hot,n,ready ” pizzas like I have done at many different locations. I asked for the 7.99 thin pepperoni and the manager rang it up. I paid a asked for the pizza to be told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes before it was ready, then stepped to the side behind the pizza warmers to makeout with her boyfriend. I’m a courier and the only reason why I stopped was for the hot,n,ready. So I could not wait 15 minutes ad the job only allows 10 minutes total stopping time between facilities. So I had to leave before I got it, did not have the literal time to explain and wait for a refund. This is theft by service, and I just got off the phone with the customer service complaint line and was told that they had to investigate the complaint and I guess I’m just out the money. It was my fault that I walked into that restaurant. I will never make that mistake again.

I don’t understand how this place is suppose to be lil Cesar’s hot and ready but EVERYTIME I COME IN the Mexican old lady just sitting there with a attitude on her phone ready to say “10min” like to have absolutely no pizzas ready EVERYTIME i come in just says a lot about this place and the lazy workers do better! I came into this location at 8:48pm. I waited a few minutes before being assisted. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and one pepperoni. Quite a few people were waiting ahead of me for their orders. After all them were assisted, I was the only one left to get my pizzas. Another little rush came in maybe 5 to 6 different transactions and maybe a couple of call ahead orders. For some odd reason, all of those customers were served their pizzas and I still 23 minutes later did not have my pizzas. I saw quite a few cheese and definitely pepperoni going out, I’m just confused to what took so long for me to get mine! Not only that, the guy at the counter Aadontreis R (name on my receipt), would take the money, go to the kitchen and assist with the food and come back to the front. UNSANITARY!!!! I see the Hispanic lady in the back playing in her hair, I’m guessing trying to put it in a ponytail, all while a 6’maybe 5″ guy with long curly hair, has NO hair net nor cap on, but in the kitchen fixing up the pizzas!! UNSANITARY and definitely a violation! Retrain on food safety and sanitation, greeting when customers walk in, not give your friends/family free pizza (Aadontreis), especially when I know that was my pizzas you gave him, and follow thru with Little Caesars mission statement! Ordered a pepperoni and extra most bestest sausage pizza. The sausage pizza wasn’t an extra most bestest. I order these often and it was definitely a regular pizza. Even the cashier said it wasn’t right, but when she went to fix it, the manager said it was. The pizza had the same amount of meat and cheese as the regular one, which was barely any. I definitely got cheated.

On 3/8/22 I visited Little Caesars around 8:30. The store had issues with the register. This is not about food quality but customer service under pressure. This led to not being able to make a purchase. The young AA lady was so friendly and fixated on making sure that my patience was rewarded. I don’t know what her position is but she’s definitely customer service oriented and probably would function better as crew lead or manager.
