Had my Pizza in the Portal but did not have my sauce in with it. Waited 15 min. Then just left without getting my sauce. Not the best service at this location. I really don’t like being ignored.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered via phone call (5:35pm) , one cheese pizza with stuff crust . I was told it will take 15-20min for my order to be ready. Great. I show up at 6:00 with plenty of time for my order to be ready. Well it’s not and that’s fine I understand they might be behind. However that was not the case. I asked a couple of times how long will it be and they replied with soon or it’s almost out. But an hour came around . 6:35pm and yet no pizza. What upset me is that many other customers showed up and made orders of 2 or 3 pizzas, (at the counter ) left for a couple of minutes and then came back and got their order!! While I was still waiting for an hour . So somehow my Cheese only stuff crust was taking much longer to make. I ended up asking for my money back and left . There was no explanation or apology from them.

I would not recommend going for dinner. Ordered a extramostbestest. Waited 20 minutes. Still nothing. Employees were just fooling around. No one was working expecting for the girl upfront who looked frustrated. Ended swapping pizza to a cheaper one. And it was horrible. Maybe the morning shift is better. Not worth the stop maybe try making the drive to another location instead.

Hours between 5-8pm do not go. They can’t handle all the phone call orders and to go orders. God help you if you order say cheese breadsticks and you want bottom of cheese sticks to not be white and doughy but baked tan( just have to push pan of cheese sticks back up the conveyor oven rack 2 extra mins.)

Came in an hour and half before close. Girl at counter asked what I wanted and when I said something they didn’t have prepared she claimed their POS system was down. Lately this location has had the worst service in Longview. I’ve always loved their pizza and cheese bread. Hope they get better soon.

Terrible service always. Was told it was a 15 minute wait. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they haven’t made my pizza and it would be another 15 minutes. I’m not waiting forever for a $7 pizza. Hot and Ready? More like Never Ready because we’re too busy playing around and not working.

Ordered two pizzas. One pizza was a regular round with added items and the other was thin crust pepperoni. Both bottoms are very soft and a little soggy. Won’t go back to this particular Little Caesars.
