If I could give this place a 0 stars I would, the food is not that bad, but the service is mediocre at best, specially this Employee named ESMERALDA, she is one disrespectful person towards the customers, she’ll start screaming at the customers and she’ll throw the change at you, i don’t recommend this place just for that reason, I will try it again in 6 months, hopefully they’ve got rid of her by then. I repeat, her name is Esmeralda, try to avoid this miserable Hooman bean.

Well it is Little Caesars. You know what you’re going to get when you go there. The pizza is decent, the people are normally okay, and the atmosphere is okay. Little Caesars is more of a fast food place than it is a pizza place as we all know. So you pretty much get what you get.

The little Caesars I have been to lately have not been the best. And have been getting some pretty hard crazy bread. Well today went to little Caesars in Tyler on front street. They were short staffed and running just a little slow but the pizza and crazy bread was definitely the best I have had in a while. Just wanted you to be recognized for great work and food with little help.

Manager of the night today was such a great costumer service , she was handling her store so very well and she was 2 people short that wakes out on her than come back trying to disturb , she was extremely professional, stood strong against the disrespect of employees, and ruled customer not taking the situation to concideration , I have being to some fancy dine in restaurants and had service that wasn’t as professional and to point like this lady and the young lady in the cashier . Sorry for not remembering your names Ladies but the pizza was good and so was the wings congrats for doing a great job with what you guys had to work with . God bless you . I saw a young lady with extremely long nails stretching and patting her head. She pulled a pizza out and started to cut it without washing her hands. She didn’t have a cap or hair net on and is not required to wear gloves per Rachel H. the manager on duty. I continue to watch her as she was day dreaming and continued to do it again before pulling out another pizza. I asked for refund and Rachel was rude. Rachel H. the manager also had long painted nails, which I believe is a big NO in the food Industry. They should all be required to take an online food handling course and should follow the rules.This was at the Front Street store.
