My wife and I stop by this location tonight to get a pizza and what they served us was Unreal. I can’t believe they would have the nerve to try to service something like this. We absolutely will not be coming back to this location. And not to mention when we went in there to get our pizza the workers were working with the lights off for some reason

Just went in to grab a hot and ready. They didn’t have anything ready. Told it would be 15 minutes. Three people in the store. They had Two orders. It took 25 minutes for one Pizza. The people working. After they got the two orders out. I stepped up to the counter. Everyone was in the back the whole time. I asked if it was ready she said it’s coming out now. Ten minutes later. I went back to counter. The cashier did come up and say what I can I do for you. I told her I was waiting for my Pizza. I asked if It was ready yet. She said it will be ready in a few minutes. This was at 20 minutes. Then the lady cooking started screaming and cussing. Dropping the F bomb let and right. Screaming how she had complained about that Light 1000 times. Screaming it them. Very unpleasant, took to long . Then we it was done they threw it on the counter and walk to the back again. And laughing. Well lesson learned…. Domino’s is down the street…

This place used to be good. They have gone up 60%, while making worse pizzas. There is less cheese on the pizza and took away the crushed pepper and parmesan. I don’t go there to pay the same amount as some others and get less value. I’ll gladly pay $2 more for a far better pizza and get some crushed pepper and parmesan for free. How do you sell pizza and not offer crushed pepper and parm(even for a small fee)?

Customers feel like they are an inconvenience. The customer service is lacking. The loud ghetto rap music is very off-putting to say the least. I’ll pay more and go to Domino’s!!!
