The service was good, sweet girl at the counter taking care of people. But apparently they aren’t serving their classic pizzas anymore? I called in for a large pepperoni and they charged 8.65… large classic is only 6.99 so I asked about it and they said they only serve the extra most bestest, no more classic. And they don’t even top it like an extra most bestest, same amount of cheese and pepperonis as a classic (it’s supposed to be extra of both). Just raise your prices if you want to cut costs, don’t lie to the customers. Not going to this location again, straight theft

Did not like how one employee who was putting pizzas in the front for pick up literally yelled at this other employee who was in the back to come help customers. Dude in the back came to the front and was very helpful and polite. Him I give a 2 thumbs up. The other guy thumbs down.

Went today to pick up an order. I actually love this location bc there is the SWEETEST clerk, who I believe may be autistic. She’s always cheerful and helpful. Today I was NOT impressed and it had everything to do with the manager. It was busy and backed up- he was unkind and yelling at the staff. Everyone in there was obviously uncomfortable. It’s awful to treat any staff this way but especially special needs staff. Apparently this is already known and hasn’t been handled by higher ups. Unacceptable. Do better please.

Customer service doesn’t seem to mean anything here. Some of the staff are great but some… I did order here a lot but last visit my pizza was not right. I politely asked for it to be corrected and got a lot of attitude from 2 of the staff. Asked for a manager, explained to him what happened and was told I have an attitude. Asked to just get a refund and was told I need to contact corporate. Order at your own risk.

Best pizza!!! Wow all I got to say is the saying is no gimmick! This Piztha(how my papi says it) was hot and ready!!! Felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Fine dine 😉 lemme describe the taste I bite into it ooooo yummy the oozing cheese wit dah yummy sauce ((to die for)would use on anything slap it on some macaroni u got the za) pizza that is. I walked in and all employees were in the back. They could be heard chatting amongst themselves. One of them finally came to the counter and asked the person who came in AFTER me (she apparently used the pizza portal pickup) if she needed anything else. Still ignoring me he went to the back of the store. Now infuriated, I left. Won’t be back. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO HERE.

Service can be 50/50. Some of the stuff does their job. Online order can be started the moment you get at the location, and the fake manager will be rude. Guy with rings will pretend to be a manager and will just be rude.

They never disappoint, they are always on point with orders, even if it does take a few minutes to prepare the pizza. The employees are especially sweet and know how to handle customers which is why I love the establishment. :))
