I wish I took more photos. I was late out from work and my bf already order the pizza and I saw it in there. When I arrived I was about to go in it was 9:56 I think around there and they locked the door I saw the pizzas. So I went my car I regret not taking a picture of all of the staff looking at me around three guys and two wamen one with glasses and short hair another one a Hispanic lady looking at me with mean face as well as everyone. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PICK IT UP AND PAY IT WAS ALREADY ORDER. I used to work at a restaurant even after closing we waited for the person because the restaurant needs the money right. I left not peacefully of course I honked that’s all. I’m still mad for that . They were like little kids.

The guy in the front was so rude he was cleaning the windows when I pulled up he immediately had a horrible attitude when I walked in..threw the window cleaning bottle down, and said we’re already cleaning up so if you wanted to order something it’s gonna take some time. He got so upset that I only wanted 1 cheese pizza. Not to mention they had a baby in the back while it smelt like cleaning products back there you could hear the baby crying. The guy was extra rude when that happened. I wanted to order more because they didn’t close till 10pm when I walked in it was 9:15 plenty of time to make more than just 1 pizza. Definitely need new staffing. And management.

Don’t place a order with them online. After selecting the time to pick up my pizza, the time I selected was 11:30 am the store said the time was set for 12:30 pick up so after 45 min on hold with customer service to cancel my order and get a refund they said they would contact the store for refund, funny part is the store said they couldn’t issue refunds. So after a week later still no refund. So no little Caesars pizza for me anymore.

Good, hot pizza. I’ve worked in the pizza industry and while I would say other pizzas places may inch them out on the freshness of ingredients, you have to wait 10x as long at those stores. I love being able to run in and get a pizza from Little Ceasars either already ready or if I want to change it up for the night in just 10 minutes and they mean 10 means not 20 or 30 minutes like happens at some other pizza places when they tell you 10 minutes.

So I have to say. Debated where to pick something up to eat from. Chose Caesar’s on Wiltshire. Yes I know 7 minutes til closing. Drove up they seen me turned the lights out. I sat there and they turned them back on. Whole place was cleaned. Nothing in the warm racks. If you going to close early. Change your hours. So people don’t waste their time and fuel to go somewhere already closed.
