Its burnt, and it’s not what we ordered.it was supposed to be half pineapple and half jalapeno. Manager told us we could bring it back to correct the order but we have been out all day working and didn’t feel like going back out. it should have been correct the first time especially when the counter person said the order correctly. what a disappointment.

I went in about an hour ago (6pm) and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and then a special cheese with easy sauce with extra cheese. I ended up bringing home an old pepperoni pizza and a old burnt regular pizza. Paid $15.36 cashier said it would be 15 minutes and we went outside. She literally came out 5 minutes later and said it’s ready. I didn’t check before I left it’s traffic time near John Jones in Burleson and wanted to get home asap. I’m very disappointed and I know I might only be one customer but I will not go back into that location.

This was our go to location a late night family dinner when nobody wants to cook. The staff has always been friendly, food was always ready to go in a timely manner, and it has an easily accessable entrance and exit. If you order online be sure to ALWAYS double check your pizza order. We ordered the stuffed crust and they tried to give us the regular thin crust. Once confronted about it then did it to fix it, but we had to catch it in store.

I LOVE Little Caesars, but after what I ate from this location tonight, no thank you. I’d rather look for another location farther from my house than buy another pizza from here. Like a previous review stated, the crust was too hard and cold. Will not return, do not recommend.

I ordered a pizza at 440 it said it would be ready at 5:05 I got there and the pizza still wasn’t ready no one apologized for the wait or anything. No one told us why it was taking so long. Poor customer service I will never order from there again. It was another customer complaining about they wait also who more upset

It appears that they are selling original pizzas as Xtra Most Bestest. The pizza itself was tasty and fresh, we just felt cheated by it not being what it should be. And when asked, the worker said it was just the difference between advertising and what you actually get.*See Picture* #littleceasars

Placed an order online at 8:50pm to be picked up at 9:15pm that same day. Got there right at 9:15pm and there was a little kid around maybe 10 years old locking the door. The lady at the counter signals to me that they are closed. She comes to the door and tells me that they are closing early due to bad weather and states it said that online. Online shows they close at 10pm. It never stated they were closing early. And this was way before the bad weather even started. Right before I walk off , another employee walks from our back with at least 10 pizzas and a box of wings on top. My order was for two pizzas and a order of wings . They could’ve at least called to let me know that my order wasn’t able to get done or given me my order which they clearly were taking home for themselves. Also I understand if you don’t have a babysitter and your kid has to sit in the lobby but they shouldn’t be doing your work duty and locking the door especially in front of customer.This happened on January 30th.
