Went in yesterday toorder a pizza told me 25 min waited an hour then to find out they gave my pizza away then manager small white guy with a beard started punching the registers cussing in front of customers throwing stuff and then yelled at me then lied and said he didn’t then employee came out and told him to stop yelling he was treating his employees badly to don’t ever go here to buy pizza no customer should ever be treated like this I hope corporate sees this and responds to me because this is a serious matter that needs to be resolved asap

I use to love this location, but it has gone completely downhill and I won’t be returning. The deep-dish that I ordered tonight is still literal dough with some crispy edges. I have no idea how they managed to get it in the box without it falling apart. I can overlook a couple of bad experiences because I understand that things go wrong sometimes, but there is no excuse for this.

Ollie, the new store manager (March 2023) went above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh made for my daughter’s birthday celebration. He provided some complementary cookies and even brought out my order. The pizza was delicious, on par with Pizza Hut & Dominoes. I highly recommend everyone give this shop under new management a visit! The new store manager is definitely building up a new and better image for the store. Thank you for everything! Twice. Through Doordash. 1st time pizza still doughy and not edible. Crazy bread dry and overcooked. 2nd time crazy bread barely cooked, dough not risen. Pizza did not have enough cheese which is why there is visible craft curled up; its supposed to be that pizza where you can not see the crust due to all the pepperoni and cheese.
