I ordered the Hawaiian pizza this evening 07/23/23 7:46 the pizza was very salty, and I could tell I was very dehydrated and had lots of Hawaiian pizzas from Little Caesars and they’ve all been really good. This one was just gross and salty and the breadsticks weren’t even breadsticks they look like one big knot in it they try to slice it which that didn’t work for them and they just crammed it in the bag. I will never go back to this location and I would suggest going to the other location on North Beach the employee upfront was super nice, but the preparation of the food was disgusting. It was kind of funny watching the other employees cruise out with pizzas and things like that and I’m thinking now that their pizza taste good . I did contact their corporate office just to give them a heads up because there is a lot of other people in there and they find tasted like salt and it’s the Hawaiian pizza and I’m sure a lot of other people got some really funky taste in their pizzas to you and then the breadsticks. I’ve never had to drink so much water after eating pizza that was pure salt and it’s a Hawaiian pizza but the kid. At the register super excited nice. I did also contact corporate and I gave them my number and my order number just said let them know that maybe there needs to be some retraining but it is gross.

So place an order for pick up at 735 pm. Finally at 840 after receiving no email for pick up and track my order saying was placed in oven at 751 I went up there. Names not on screen, no pizzas in the pick up, no greeting from employee or concern if helps needed. Anyways ask about my pizza employee fumbles around in search doesn’t give me the brownie I ordered just whichever one he grabbed is what I got. Pizza is half burnt and imo not even edible so was given to the dogs. On top of all that didn’t get an apology a free soda a have a great evening nothing. WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD HERE AGAIN completely incompetent employees obviously who just have no pride, self respect, or consideration for anothers hard earned money contributing to the paycheck they get to take home. Placed an order in the app as soon as my order was indicated as ready I got there and my order wasn’t even on the screen and it seemed that this was an issue for other customers as well, I waited and after 4 other people got their orders, once It was finally given, they messed up one of my pizzas, so again I had to wait. Not even a complementary item for my long unnecessary wait, staff was low key rude. The The pizza that was given to me in the end it wasn’t even cut and was just slit onto the Box

We’ve ordered here from several times since it’s nice and cheap. The pizza used to be good and actually cooked back then but now it’s all sloppy. Several pizzas are slightly burnt and hard, other times just unsatisfying to look at. Breadsticks are usually too cooked and become hard. And overall the whole thing just isn’t that good. Now sometimes they’ll give us actually cooked pizzas that aren’t too bad, but most of the times it’s either not cut, overcooked, or just too hard to eat.

I just moved to this area and my last little Caesars was amazing. They always allowed me to create my own special pizza. I asked this store if they would do the same. The manager said yes she would do it for me too. I always get the pepperoni most best and instead of red sauce I get them to put the jalapeno cheddar sauce on there. Then when done they use the garlic butter and seasoning on the crust. Sooooo Good
