Had to wait a long time just to get service. Advertised to have a lot of options for hot n ready between 4-8pm. I came during that time frame wanting to try the pretzel pizza. They didn’t have that ready nor most of the options advertised. Only things they had ready were pepperoni, crazy bread, and wings that were extremely old. Very disappointed with my visit.

Placed an online order for a single hot and ready. Arrived 5 minutes after the pick up time. Was told 1-2 minutes but ended up waiting almost an extra 30 minutes. I watched as multiple customers came in and gave up and left because nobody was watching the register. I wish this was a one time experience but it’s consistently slow.

I ordered through the app. The order was not ready by the estimated time frame. I waited and as I did, I observed that one of the employees was wearing scrunchies on both wrists. His hand “might” be clean but what about the scrunchies making contact on our food? No employee was wearing gloves at the time, I don’t know if they had washed their hand prior to prepping. I saw a few customers walk in and out because no one came to the front to greet them or place/check on their order. Hot and ready ovens were empty so it’s gonna be a wait before you get to pick up and leave. Instead, they’ll be wait. I don’t usually have problems here but from what I see, they staffing needs a better work plan for more efficiency on out orders.

Regularly has no “hot and readys” actually ready. Half the time the pizza is undercooked. Went in to order a pizza today and the only person working the counter was on the phone for at least ten minutes trying to process a refund. Recommend trying either the Belton little caesars or any other pizza place.

There was teenagers hanging out in the chairs and literally lounging out on the floor also. Ordered online for pick up. Finally got the pizza 20 mins after the pickup time only to take it home and find that 2 pizzas were horrible quality and 1 completely wrong. Crazy bread was even sub-par. Can’t get a supervisor to call back but that’s even if the message got relayed.

I always go to this location even though I live closer to 2 others. I could go place an order at the one on 31st, drive over and place an order on 27th, then drive to Adams, place my order and it would be done before 31st and 27th put it in the oven. Get the pretzel crust when they have it.

The prices are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. They never answer the phone, the website constantly crashes and they’re closed half of the time because they can’t find anybody to work there. On my last visit I placed a to-go order 3 hours early. I informed the employee three times that I needed to pick up the pizzas at a certain time for my daughter’s birthday. When I got there not only were the pizzas not ready they couldn’t even find my order which I had already paid for. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizzas and when I got them they screwed up my order and shorted me two pizzas. You would think that the manager would have offered some kind of discount for the inconvenience but apparently customer service isn’t their strong point. Won’t be going back again, three-strikes-and-you’re-out.

Saw the crazy calzone advertisement so I knew I had to try it. Ordered from the app (super easy, I recommend it), and my pizza was ready when I walked in. Took it home and had a slice. This pizza was very greasy but tasted great. Not sure if I’ll get it again but it was worth a try.
