Ordered 1 pizza. Was supposed to be ready at 7 35 after. Didn’t get till 810. Got there at 736. They said it was still in oven. Waited 10 minutes and went up to register. Oh now they are cutting it. 10 minutes later. Manager gets involved. Oh they have lost our order. We are remaking it now. So then get home and it’s made sloppy.

Customer service at this location tonight was very lacking. Dropping fbombs in front of customers and when called out on it said call my supervisor and tell him to get us some fing help. Went on to throw a temper tantrum kicking mop buckets and throwing pizza pans. Talked to manager and said he called employee and he admitted that he momentarily “lost it” not only is customer service lacking but when explaining that the cook was keeping his cool and doing a great job manager stated yeah he is the cause of our frustration. Troy the owner needs to know what is going on in his stores. He Is on vacation but I will follow up with him next week. This should never happen in a store. Spoke with several customers outside and they said the particular employee has had this bad attitude for a while and last week he was making suicidal jokes about going in the back room and hanging himself. My bread sticks looked old and was cold.yes I was in close to closing time but that is still no reason to behave the way the employee did

Good service. I just wish they would either sharpen their pizza cutters or have the employees hit the gym so they can build the strength to actually cut through the pizza. I’m tired of having to carry my own pizza cutter.

Customer service is trash!!! Who ever the manager is is rude and walked away from me when I walked in…not to mention the food that I got when ordered fresh was most definitely not fresh and was sitting there for hours when I asked for a fresh pizza they would not remake it! Never again will I waist my time or money going here

Went by to get a hot and ready they told me about 15 minute wait and I actually waited 30 minutes and the quality of the pizza was very bad it was dry hardly any Sauce today is April 6th. 5 : 30 pm.
